From my experience, there's essentially two ways that you could reach out to a homeowner to see if they would consider selling, right? You can ask, "Would you consider selling your property?" or "Would you consider an offer on your property?" Now, when you ask if they would consider selling, a lot of times they think you're a realtor trying to list the property, so they might hang up on you quick. But in reality, you're actually trying to buy it, right? So then you could go the route of, "Would you consider an offer on the property?" But then you get the people who are not really serious about selling, but they're like, "Well, everything has a price." and they're just trying to get that high price. So it's really between those two things. You want to go the, would you consider selling, and try to work through the whole realtor objection, or would you rather do the, would you consider an offer, and work through the everything is a price objection?
