As the market continues to shift, we've realized that dispositions, selling the deal, has once again become as important as acquisitions, acquiring the deal. It's not like the old days of 2021 and 2022 where you could just throw bait to sharks and anyone would buy the deal. Now it's like you have to have that relationship with your cash buyer in order to get it to the finish line.
