Jake Burhans describes a journal method where you review positive moments from your day, even after rough patches. The practice reframes your mood toward gratitude and helps you notice that many things actually went well.

I call this the Everything That's Going Right Journal, and I use this a lot. If it's like a tough day, I'm gonna think back on all the things that went right. And every time that you do this, you're like, wow, actually a lot went right today, a lot went in my favor. And it's just a great little technique, a little reframe at the end of the day to put you in a good frame of mind, good mood, and be thankful for the good things that did happen that day.
