Fear is fake, it's all fake, it's just made up in your head. It's just an energy, it's really just an illusion. So the more that we can realize that, we can step into those uncomfortable situations, that's the key to our growth in life. So the more that you wake up every day and you don't wanna make a call, you don't wanna make an offer, you don't want to make a social media post, or you don't wanna do a story about a song you like because you're afraid of what people are gonna think about you, then you don't have control over your life. But when you realize that that's all just an illusion and fear really isn't real, then you become this like unstoppable force. And that's the key. Not that it gets easier, but it's just like a muscle. Just like discipline's a muscle, how people say that. I think that the ability to, you know, act on things that you're fearful of, it just extinguishes the fear. Like, it extinguishes the fire. That's so beautiful.
