Everyone's number one objective should be to figure out what their dharma is and live that. What is dharma? It's actually a Sanskrit word that describes the intersection between your natural abilities and talents and something that the world needs. Frederick Buechner had a really good quote and he said, "It's where your deep gladness meets a deep hunger of the world," right? Your vocation is where a deep gladness meets a deep hunger of the world. So think about it. What lights you up? What are you really good at? What are you naturally talented in? And also, what do people get value from? If you're really good at it and you like doing it, but the world doesn't get any value from it, it's really just a hobby. So the dharma is where those unique abilities and talents and gifts and what lights you up meets where the world needs value.
