Are you feeling guilty? Guilt is one of the biggest things that I had to overcome emotionally. I was just guilty about everything. Things that I said, things that I did, right? And it's just not a healthy emotion to be in, right? You cultivate those thoughts of guilt, programs your body to feel guilty. But I'm gonna teach you to rise above it. One simple reframe is understanding that you are not your thoughts, you're the ones that observe them. So when you have a guilty thought about something, maybe it was something that you didn't realize in business and something that was going on for months, you didn't realize it. Instead of feeling guilty that you didn't know, Be thankful that you know now so you can correct it going forward. It's a simple little switch, right? Instead of feeling guilty for the thing, you can choose to feel thankful that you now know and all the benefit that's gonna come, you know, going into the future.
