You're stuck in this fear, this worry, this doubt, this anxiety, this anger. What if all you needed to do was just let go? Just let go. You're hanging on to those emotions. Why are you hanging on to those emotions? You had a call with an employee on Friday or at work or with your spouse, pissed you off, made you mad. Here you are on Sunday morning, still upset about the call on Friday. Why? Why? Because you're holding on to it. You don't need to hold on to it. That event on Friday has no bearing on today in the present moment, Sunday morning, other than the significance that you give it by dragging it into Sunday because you couldn't let go of that emotion. All we gotta do is let go, folks, okay? Stop holding on to the worry, the fear, the doubt, the anger. Just let go. It's okay. Release it. You don't have to hold on to it for days and days and days and weeks and weeks and weeks and months and months and months and years and years and years. It's killing ya. It's literally killing us.
