Life is not about never having stress. Stress is a normal response in the body. Like, we have an autonomic nervous system, a sympathetic and a parasympathetic, and guess what? You're going to get triggered. You're going to go into fight or flight. It's not about not doing that. It's about what happens when you do get triggered. How quickly can you catch it and return to your baseline state of being? That's the game of life, not never feeling angry or sad or guilty or worried or doubtful or whatever the case may be. Life is about recognizing that, having the awareness to recognize it, regulating yourself, and then orienting in the direction that you want to go. And if you can develop that simple skill of being aware of when you get out, regulating your nervous system, and then orienting your actions, you will become unstoppable because nothing will be able to dictate your internal state of being. And that is true inner freedom. Nothing externally has control over your internal state of being. It might trigger you, You might fall out, but you catch it right away and you are regulated in 2 minutes. Think about how freaking effective you will be if you could catch your stress, your anxiety, your worry, your doubt in freaking 2 minutes and regulate back to a baseline state of being so that you can execute and get things done.
