If you stay in your head, you're dead. Understand that the mind is always going to be thinking thoughts. It's fighting for you, it's fighting against you. We don't know what it's going to think any given day, but understand that you are not those thoughts. When things come in that limit you or make you feel a certain way, don't give any energy to them. We don't have to make up a story about why we feel sad this morning, or why we feel stressed out, or why we're anxious. Doesn't mean we can't do it, just a feeling. Acknowledge it and let it go. The longer you stay in your head The more you are killing your ability to live at peace and do anything that you want to do.
