So that's a huge one, right? Over a million dollar property. It's out of our core focus. Typically we try to go for that. Since we're setting our goals for 2024, we are laser focused. Nothing over a million dollars, no luxury. We're not doing any land development, only land plots, and typically single family under $500,000. We will do some over, but million is definitely out of our price range. That was a classic realtor referral. He won't pressure you, push you to do anything, but could be a good contact for you to let you know maybe what you need to fix up or whatever.
