But that's, uh, we'll definitely, uh, definitely talk with your wife about that. I mean, that's definitely an option. I never, I never really thought of it that way, but, uh, yeah, like, like that way, like, like you guys could come in and actually make property, make it into more than what it is, and then probably come out of it. So then we're all, everybody's happy.
