We mistake it for logic. Oh, well, you know, I'm just not ready to do it yet. No, that's just your system who's not used to this new level of you, who doesn't know what's ready yet, who doesn't know what's coming, right? It's trying to keep you safe. It doesn't know. So, and then all what we try to do is we try to just force and push and yeah, let the nervous system catch up to the upgrade. That's literally what it is. And the best way to do this is with visualization. So as you first, kind of do some breathwork and meditation to slow your brainwave states down so you can get out of that analytical beta monkey mind and get into that more relaxed state of being, you can start to train your nervous system and your body to what it feels like to be this new version of yourself. So then as you start to go step into these new versions of yourself, it's not as unfamiliar anymore, and you're going to face much less resistance. So for example, if you are, you know, you want to be like a speaker, or, you know, you want to be some sort of coach or XYZ, if you start to imagine yourself as that person, you start to condition your body. Again, thoughts plus emotion. Emotion is the the language of the body. Emotion is what drives, which is what conditions the body. It's emotion, it's not just logic, right? So you gotta think it, but you gotta feel the associated emotion. So if you think I'm confident, but you feel fear, fear wins. You don't reprogram your body. You have to feel confident, you have to think confidence and feel the confidence, and you start to reprogram that body. But that's what the beauty of visualization and meditation is, is to reprogram the identity, the subconscious, so that as you take the actions, it feels natural.
