What is going on? Cooking at 5, week number 2 here. Um, we are excited to get this one going. We're going to deep dive into Resimpli real quick, which is our CRM. Um, we absolutely love it. We use Podio for a little bit, uh, then we tried to do a ramped up version of Podio, didn't quite work as well as Resimpli. So now we're going into Resimpli and it's going to be Phenomenal. So we're gonna go into real quick how to manage your leads. So I'll go into the active lead section and then we'll go into— what was the other thing we said we were gonna do? List stacking and drip campaigns. Drip campaigns. But yeah, so Isaiah's on this call again. He's kind of the Resimpli wizard, so he's gonna give us some instruction.
Nice. Yeah, nice screen shared.
Yeah, I'm gonna pop it up. So there it is.
Cool. Yeah, so, uh, yeah, Jake's a wizard as well. So we're both wizards at this. But, uh, yeah, so we'll just dive into leads. So right now I did not win my day, so just— okay, it's basically overall there's a lot that this platform can do, and we'll just slowly walk through a very high-level view of what we Simply, uh, can do. So we'll go to a lead real quick. So this is the first thing I do in the day though. I just see what my tasks I need to do. Any new leads, uh, it's kind of self-explanatory.
Yeah, I guess real quick, we'll just— so the dashboard, this is what you log into every day. It's like a culmination of everything. So you have all your tasks, right? Any new leads, any open messages from texts or calls that come in. And then your internal inbox is how like Isaiah and I communicate, or how we communicate with someone who works for us. So we tag each other in the lead section. Um, and then you have some KPIs on there as well, but just like a dashboard.
Exactly. Good summary. And then, so let's go into a lead just to show you like what a lead kind of consists of. So maybe we'll just do this one. I guess before even, see, there's so much that we could dive into, but let's just start with this. So basically the first section is, you have your notes about the lead. We have the seller, the seller's name, details, and then we, Basically, there's a lot that we could do here. So you have tasks. So I sent out to buyers, so that's what I was supposed to do. And I could say, so I'm gonna do that today. So I can just do a task and I can say 1 hour. I could do the different type of name, what type of task it is, which is pretty cool. Yeah, so just to like overview of the actual lead detail. So Majority of our information, our process is we put it on the right-hand side and Jake and I can comment each other. As you can see, like Jake comments to me, I comment to him. And so that's kind of our communication. And we can also communicate through, with the lead through the actual, this CRM, which is really cool. So I could text, I can also call. And doing that, I just click actions, I could call and text.. And it's cool because I'm not using my actual number. So keeping track of everything is kind of separate from my personal phone so it doesn't get absolutely bombarded from leads. But I can email them from here. I can keep track of it. I could drop a ringless voicemail, which is basically just a voicemail that goes straight to their phone, which is super cool. And then I can add the lead. So I'm going to show what that looks like.
So— Yeah, we can just real quick, we can just do for this video, let's just do like the lead if we want to so we don't have to rush. 'cause it is a lot, so we can just go deep dive on just this specific lead page. So don't rush through it.
Okay, yeah, 'cause there's obviously, you see there's a lot you can do. And I'll just kinda, yeah, let's go to the flow. So you edit the lead, this is when the, so we usually have leads get pushed from, no matter the kind of campaign that we're doing, maybe it's calling, through emails, through texts, whatever our marketing strategy ends up being, we push a lead and we get this information. In here. So we get the phone number, the name, the source, campaign, and then we got their secondary contact. If there's a secondary contact, you can add another contact, say if we're talking to the heir of the seller. And yeah, so it's super cool. So it grabs it from, grabs it from Zillow or Google Maps actually, so you can see the actual information on the on the property, and it grabs, it kind of fills this in usually. This one doesn't, but usually this is all filled in, which is pretty cool. And then you can put your information in here. Me and Jake don't necessarily use this function yet. We kind of do the, give the whole summary on the right-hand side, but here we say like what we know, and just basically the more information about the lead, the better. So it's kind of our goal here.
Yeah, and these lead forms on the left here, like the summary and all these, all these boxes are customizable. So like on the back end, you can, um, you can create what kind of, what kind of information you want to keep track of. So like the basic stuff— condition, timeline, motivation, price— we obviously keep track of. But as you can see, we also have multi-family questions in there for the multi-family properties. We have creative financing questions. So we really customize it for our business. And whatnot. You can customize that however you want to. That's like pretty big, but that's super useful.
Exactly. So it's super cool there. So you can basically just edit on all the information on the lead. You can see how many times you've called them, texted them, all this stuff. And then say I wanted to like— it's just so cool— I could just send direct mail straight to this person's mailing address if I have it. So I can just click this button rather than me You're going through the whole process of getting the envelope, stamp, all that stuff that consists of direct mail. And click postcard, I can see the design. They basically have 3 defaults of design. You can preview it. So I'll put my name in here real quick. I can preview it. And look at this. This is more for like the single family cash quick close kind of strategy, but I could literally just send this here right now if I wanted to. I like this one. Personally. Uh, yeah, super cool that you could just do this all in one place. Um, so that's for the— just the lead details.
Yeah, I'll just stay— I would stay in this one, go back up to the actions and show like the, um, drip campaigns and stuff.
Okay, yeah, so I can activate a drip campaign. So say there's a situation where, uh, there's a drip campaign to be used, like this is the most revolutionary thing, I think, for us. Basically, it buys back a lot of our time for the follow-up because we can automate the follow-up. So choose follow-up sequence. Me and Jake are still kind of figuring the best way to organize this. Let's say they're not interested, for example. I can do something like this. They're not interested, and we have a preset cadence of different types of follow-ups for that person. So say I activated this, so let's do it, and it's gonna activate in 1 month, which is cool. And I can make it stop, so here I'll just say, set auto follow-up. And then I can show you what this consists of. So you can see that it consists of an automatic text message on April 6th. Then it goes email, text, task, so basically just all these things follow-up tasks that I would have had to manually create, a drip campaign does it for me. And rather than me having to text that person, like, and actually go to my way to text them, actually go to my email, we preset the whole emails and texts and all the tasks based off of the situation, which is huge. I'm gonna stop this right now 'cause I don't wanna, this guy's not on his trip. But yeah, that just shows like one example of a drip.. And there's a, this is a very high level view. You actually could dive in so much deeper. Uh, before I move on, Jake, do you want to add anything?
No, that's great. I think the main overview here is, um, is the customized lead forms right over here. Uh, and then we can also, um, comment at each other. Yeah, those are the customized lead forms. We can also comment at each other in the right side in the notes section. Um, And then also activating the drip campaign, sending direct mail from right there. And you can also just send— if you just click on the contact's name, you can call them from right here and text them, right? Which is also a phenomenal function. So we follow up right through the CRM. We'll just do calls right through the CRM and it'll log it in the notes section over there. You can also text them right through the CRM and you can have a different number for each campaign that you're calling on. So say someone calls you back, they call that back that specific number., and it like works in with all your KPIs. So you can see you're getting calls back from your retired landlord leads or your probate leads or wherever it's coming from.
Exactly. And another thing too, which is super helpful, because I've been doing the disposition side— to say we were going to sell this deal, we wouldn't buy it ourselves and we would want to send it to somebody else. Um, we can add an interested buyer. So we have a whole buyer section, which I won't get into now, but I can connect the buyer to this lead so we can keep track of which lead is interested, uh, or which buyer is interested in this opportunity, which is really cool. We can keep track of their offer, um, and all that. So it's just a very high-level view of like what you could do in regards to the disposition side. And another thing that you could do is— so appointments, I'm just gonna kind of go through each column. You do, uh, appointments. So if you add an appointment You could say, let's say it was tomorrow, an appointment with this lead. I can make it automatically notify me, like literally text me, which is super cool. My reminders, either through text or email, or I can, and I can have it automatically send it a text reminder to the seller when I'm meeting them there, which is just like absolute game changer. Because before, me and Jake Burhans mainly doing all this. So now we can just create these systems and automate this whole process.. But now you can keep track of the actual appointments. And then when it comes to files, say I've had all the pictures of the property, I can add all the pictures here so it's all in one place. I can add the contract here, say we're gonna get on the contract. That's another thing too, on this section we can keep track of the actual stage that the deal is in. So right now they're past new lead, they passed We've made contact with them, now we're in due diligence, uh, basically doing our due diligence to see if it's a deal or not. And then basically just run them through this whole, like, basically conveyor belt, uh, let's say, uh, and so we just always know where the lead is at, which is really awesome. And we could say if it's qualified or not. So I don't know if Jake has talked about this, but qualified is, from our standpoint, is if it— if basically we got— get the price, motivation, timeline, um, and a condition. If you get those 4 things, uh, not usually in that order, but get those 4 things, you can keep track of that. We also do this automatically, click on Zillow, it's a little Zillow button, and we could literally see where it's Zillow. So this one didn't— doesn't have a match, but usually you can see the actual Zillow. We can go on Google Maps rather than me manually trying to do it. You can see the Google Maps Street View. And then, oh, I didn't know you could do this, Jake. You could click on the View Pin Notes, so all the notes that are pinned. I didn't know you could, look at this. That's pretty cool. So yeah, learning a lot of new things on this. And another thing is like, I know you have a mini here, but basically we could also do the calculator. We can run the calculator on this deal. So that's just a whole, video in itself. We can see you just keep track of it. Me, if I want Jake to be responsible too, I can add him. Yeah, I know we're coming up on time here. Basically, just in regards to this, this is like probably 5% of Resimpli, and it just absolutely game-changed our business. And I think, yeah, very revolutionary. But yeah, Jake, you got it.
Yeah, we still got 2 minutes left.
Um, let's do this.
I'm gonna mute you because you're getting some feedback. Um, but yeah, so lead detail section, right? The dispo section, that's where we're dispositioning all the deals. We can keep track of different offers that we have, and then when we decide to go with someone, we can select them and they get popped up to the top. Um, the tax— tasks and appointments, right? So you're setting your tasks in there, um, and then the appointments. You can do appointment style, whether it's a buyer showing, a contractor walkthrough, is it an other, is it a seller appointment. And you— those reminders to both yourself and to the sellers are pretty revolutionary, especially the text of the seller. You can preset that, shoots out a text 2 hours before the appointment, and you don't even have to think about it. And then e-sign feature is a little clunky. We don't really use that, but ideally that would work. It works. We haven't even really tested it out, honestly, but it's a little clunky. But, uh, the related— the related section is if this owner like this number is associated with another address, it'll tell you that there. So, um, whoever it is, John Smith for 10 Stark Street could own 123 Main Street in Dover, and it would let you know that here, which is good. Uh, and then you have your team section, right? So right now it's just Isaiah and I, both owners, but ideally you could have like disposition manager in here, acquisition manager, transaction coordinator. You could have your accountant on here, any position that you want you can have in that team section. Um, it's just a great way to assign people to lead. So, um, because right now Isaiah is only assigned to this, but say he wanted to set a task for me, um, to do something, he can throw me in there as co-owner, right? So now you can assign tasks to me for there. Um, and once we get like Lead Follow-Up Manager, we'll have them in there, um, assigned only certain leads. Um, and then real quick on that calculator tab, there's an advanced calculator on the right if you click that, which is like if you're, if you're running numbers on your flips, like that's pretty deep dive, into there. So pretty cool, you can do all that within one single lead. Now think about that, this is literally just one lead in the whole CRM. One lead, you can do all that off of one lead. Um, so yeah, a lot you can do here. Um, we just decided to focus on the, on the, on the leads here. There's a whole list stacking section, which is a whole nother beast. There's— what is there? There's list stacking, active leads, there's a whole KPI tracking section. Um, you can keep track of all the properties that you own Oh yeah, that's the KPI section. There's a whole financial aspect, accounting. You can keep track of your buyers as well. So there's a lot to do here. But yeah, this is just kind of a quick overview. We like to keep it on time here, 15 at 5, only 15 minutes. But if you have any questions about Resimpli, we have a code in the bio actually that's 50% off your first month if you do want to get started. I think you have a week trial. And then if you use that link in the bio, the description, you can get 50% off your first month. So highly recommend at least trying out the free trial. We love the CRM. But yeah, that's that. And any questions you have, throw them in the comments. Be happy to answer those. Anything from you, Isaiah?
Yeah, no, it's simply revolutionary. I highly recommend using it. And yeah, I'm looking forward to kind of diving deeper and letting you guys know more about it. But yeah, awesome.
Yeah, we'll do future videos if you guys want to see, um, other, other aspects. We'd be happy to do that. But, uh, yeah, hope everyone has a good Monday. Peace.
