The past is ruining your life, and the worst part about it is you are doing it to yourself. Something happened a week ago, a month ago, a year ago that made you angry, and here you are still upset about it today. Why? Because you can't let go of the situation. Something happened in the past and you couldn't handle the emotional weight of it. You couldn't process it. So instead of letting it go, you're replaying it over and over and over again in your head, which isn't doing anything but keeping you trapped in that situation. The next time you catch yourself replaying a past event in your head, I want you to ask yourself, "What would my life look like if I could let go of this event and move on?"
