This is going to reduce your stress instantly. Stress isn't your problem. What you're focused on is. Most people are focusing on their goals as some destination to be reached, and this puts an incredible amount of pressure on you to get there. Instead, I want you to look at your goal like a North Star. The point isn't to get there. The point is just to walk in that direction. By using your goals as orientation instead of a destination, you reduce all the pressure and anxiety of trying to get there. The point just becomes to get up and walk in that direction every single day. And ironically, you end up getting there faster. Save this so the next time you catch yourself treating a goal like a destination, you can recalibrate.
