As you do stuff over and over and over again, the mind goes, hey, it takes a lot of mental brain power and energy to, to do this task, right? So if you do it over and over, over again with your conscious mind, it gets installed as a subconscious program, and then your body does it automatically. Okay, so your body's like this servo mechanism. That's what Psycho-Cybernetics talks about. It's like this mechanism. And an example of a subconscious pattern that's programmed is you driving home. You might pull into your driveway and realize, like, I wasn't even paying attention the past 10 minutes of that drive. How did I even get into my driveway? You're doing this incredibly complex thing, driving a vehicle, okay, home, and your mind was a million miles away somewhere else because your body has subconsciously understood how to drive the car without even thinking about it.
