Jake Burhans argues that building anything requires 90 consecutive days of daily, uninterrupted effort. Hustle and short-term strain don't work. If you can't commit to that stretch, your bigger ambitions won't happen.

Anything you build is going to take time. It's going to take consistency and patience. It's not so much about hustle and struggling and straining. It's like you need to be laser focused for a long period of time for you to really reach the visions that you have in your head. You have these grand visions, but you want to do this and build a business and, you know, accomplish whatever you want to accomplish. It takes a lot longer than you think. That's the thing. Yes, you can work at the quantum level and synchronicities can come to you and you can, you can make it easier. But you're gonna need to remain laser focused. If you have not done something for 90 days, you have not been consistent. If you can't do it every single day for 90 days in a row as a starter, there's no way that you're gonna make it. So take the 90-day challenge. Whatever you're trying to accomplish, be consistent for 90 days.
