Your subconscious mind isn't trying to hold you back. It's actually trying to conserve energy. Your subconscious mind is a survival mechanism. Its job is to automate behavior so you don't have to use up valuable energy. That's efficient. But here's the problem. Most of your programs were built for who you were, not for who you're becoming. So as you try to install new standards and habits and actions, it's going against the existing program and it feels like force. It's like you're trying to swim upstream. Ultimately, this is extremely exhausting, but The system isn't broken, it's just outdated, and we need to reprogram it. Real foundational change isn't about pushing harder, it's about reprogramming those subconscious patterns so that your behavior follows naturally.
