Jake Burhans argues that noticing physical abundance in nature—shells, grass, leaves, sand—can rewire your brain to see money and opportunities as plentiful too. Abundance is everywhere if you look.

Cultivating an abundance mindset starts with an awareness of it. So being aware of how abundant the universe is in everything that you're doing. Like, look at, look at this. Look at how many shells there are on the ground. Look at how many freaking blades of grass there are, right? Leaves on the trees. Like, everything is abundant. This is the truth of reality. I think it'd be hard for some people to conceptualize, like, things are actually abundant. Money is abundant. Opportunities are abundant. But when you see how the world is, and the leaves and grass and the, the sand and the shells and how much that there actually is. It helps you start to rewire your brain that everything is abundant.
