The reason you have trouble accomplishing things, reaching the goals you set or the targets or the objectives, is because you're not in love with the process enough. You're too focused on the outcome. When you're so focused on the outcome, you don't have the stamina to get to the goal because it takes time, it takes effort, and it takes these things. And you're so focused on the outcome, it's not a strong enough thing to get you to the end, end result. So you need to choose something, choose goals in which you love the process, you love the becoming, you love the journey. Cause if you can just fall in love with the process and not care about the outcome, you'll get there and you'll win.
