What you believe, you will perceive. Our brains are designed to predict based on our belief patterns. So if you believe that your life is going to be difficult and everything has to be hard, what is your brain looking for? It's looking for every bit of information that it can find in its environment to support the dominant belief that everything is hard for you. And then it becomes a self-reinforcing loop. You think that's the way the world is, but really it's just the way that you made the world. So ask yourself, what beliefs do you have and how is that creating your reality? How can you switch those beliefs? What can you switch them to? Can you switch them to, I always have enough time? Life is abundant, life is amazing. Because if you do that, you are gonna see incredible things happen in your environment. Your brain's gonna start to pick up on different things and it's gonna feel like magic. It's gonna feel like the law of attraction.
