If you're stressed out managing people, you don't have the right people. It's really that simple. A players, A+ players, they're performing right off the bat. They don't need any help. They're performing the standard right away, and I am just there to help them grow long term. Anyone who has not been an A player, they don't perform to standard. I'm trying to coach them a lot. I'm spending so much time wasting, so much time investing in them when they're really just not the right fit for the position. So I've just had a much stricter hiring process lately and have really focused on getting that A+ talent, really strict filters on my hiring, getting them in there so that they can just perform to standard. They don't even really need me, but I'm there for their long-term development. And the more people that you can get into your organization like that, the easier management's gonna be, the more results you're gonna get, the more money you're gonna make, and overall, the more successful your business will be.
