Number 5, who pays utilities? Is it the tenant or is it the landlord or is there some mix, right? There's basically 4 main utilities which are heat, electric, sewer, and water. So sometimes it's split, sometimes one side pays all of it, but say the landlord's paying for all the utilities, there's a potential value add for us if we can put some of that back onto the tenant.
