Jake Burhans argues you create your reality by focusing awareness on a future outcome and attaching emotion to it. Worry is negative manifestation: thinking about what you fear while feeling dread draws it toward you. Flip it by pairing positive thoughts with excitement, love, or joy instead.

The thing is you're creating your reality whether you believe it or not. We do this all the time. How do you create your reality? You have a thought, you put your awareness on a potential future outcome. That's quantum physics, right? Your awareness on a potential future outcome, it begins to collapse as soon as you get emotional about it. How do we do this all the time? We do it with negative things. We worry. That's what worrying is. It's creating a negative future reality. You're thinking about a potential outcome that you don't want, and then you're getting emotionally involved in that with negative emotions of worry, fear, anxiety. And you're literally bringing circumstances into your life like that. All we need to do is flip it. Why don't we just worry about the positive things? Why don't we just flip that and instead think about what could go right and then get excited about it? And if you could retrain your brain to just think about how this could go well and then tie positive emotions to it, you know, excitement, love, peace, joy, abundance, wealth, whatever it is, you'll notice those things start to come into your life through synchronicities. It's that simple.
