No one can be better at being yourself, and that authenticity is what creates sustainable energy and real impact.

And I want you guys to understand this. When you are doing what you're passionate about, you are running on an unlimited fuel source. You are just acting as a natural expression of who you are. No one can compete with you being you. No one's going to be better at being you than you are. And that is the fundamental difference between two modes of success. The first one I call compensatory model of success. Then there's an expressive model of success. The compensatory model of success is I need to go achieve things to make myself feel okay on the inside. That's, it's a lack-based model. It's urgency, it's pressure, it's fear, it's survival mode. You're trying to go get something. And when you're in that survival mode, you're not thinking clearly. You don't have a lot of energy. You can't see nuance. You can't solve problems creatively. And you ultimately burn out because when you do finally get what you've been looking to get, Guess what? It feels good for a day, and then loss aversion triggers. Now you're spending all your energy trying not to lose what you had because your identity is wrapped up in this thing, and then the goalpost moves. That's compensatory-based success. The other mode is expression-based. This is the one where you're passionate, right? And you have unlimited energy because it is the intersection of three things: what you genuinely like doing, what aligns with your values as a human being, and where you want to contribute. So many of us are using our jobs and our careers and things that we're chasing to try to compensate for an internal lack. It's not just to make money for our families, it's to compensate for an internal lack. And that is a fundamental problem with how we view success. So when you're operating from an expressive mode of success where you're doing things because it genuinely interests you, it aligns with your values, and you wanna contribute, you will not be beat And if you will not be beat, you're running on an unlimited fuel source. You'll make more money than you ever thought possible because no one's going to be as good at it as you, for one, because it's what you naturally do. And you're going to put in way more work and it's going to feel so easy. Okay, so this is what I help you do inside the Built For Impact Community— reprogramming those subconscious patterns and teaching you how to operate from an expressive-based mode of, uh, success so that your change and impact can be sustainable.
