Your Key to Eliminating Burnout

Burnout comes from intensity, not hours. Simon Sinek's principle: consistency beats sporadic 14-hour days. You have 2-4 peak hours daily, so use them for real work and let the rest be lighter. Measure productivity by what you deliver, not the clock.

But what if you are as productive as someone, as someone who works a 40-hour week in 30 hours or in 25 hours, then what? Yeah, then what, right? So it's not about that. Are you more valued employee then? Yeah, but I'm just saying like for yourself, I guess for entrepreneurs, right? That's why tracking like what are you actually getting done, like don't, don't tie yourself to time because time doesn't mean anything. It's like what are you actually getting done? You're
