Your mind is a tool, okay? You pick it up when you wanna use it and you put it down when you don't. What does that mean? You need to solve a problem, use your mind to solve it, right? Or an issue comes up, use your mind to solve the issue. But as soon as you've come to a decision and action is the order of the day, let it go. Put your mind down. You don't need to be on a loop in your mind for 30 minutes, an hour, 3 hours, 3 days thinking about something. Use your mind as a tool. Put it down when you don't wanna use it.
