I think this is really gonna reframe everything for you. Most people are treating their thoughts like commands. A thought says, "This is risky." Another one says, "You're falling behind. You can't do it. You're never gonna make it." These thoughts are not true. Thoughts are simply conditioned patterns. That's it. And when you stop identifying with them, the nervous system can actually calm down. You can get into a regulated state and behavior change is much more natural. True freedom starts when thoughts stop stop running the system. And this is the foundation of everything in BILT.
