Jake Burhans argues that observation collapses potential futures into reality, using quantum physics concepts like the double-slit experiment. Your thoughts emit electrical signals and your heart's frequency magnetically pulls them into lived experience. Focus on positive emotions like abundance and joy to shape the reality you want.

The very first thing you need to understand is that you are creating your reality whether you want to believe it or not. It's quantum physics. The observer effect shows us that as soon as we place our awareness or our attention on a potential future outcome, it begins to collapse into matter, into reality. That's what the double slit experiment shows us, that particles exist as energy in the field until they're observed and they begin to collapse into matter. So your thoughts are literally creating your reality, and it's science. This stuff exists whether you want to believe it or not. So if you're constantly thinking fearful and guilty thoughts, that's the electrical signal out into the field, as Joe Dispenza would say. And then your heart frequency is the magnet that pulls it into your reality. So if you're thinking guilty thoughts, okay, you're focusing on it, on experiences that are going to bring you more guilt, and then the guilty emotion is drawing it into your existence. So why don't we focus on thoughts that we want to experience? Abundance, joy, peace, love. That's what it's about. That's the internal work.
