This is a podcast episode titled "Alternate Cancer Perspectives: Apricot Seeds and B17 – A Conversation with John Richardson Jr." (PODCAST, created 2026-01-01). Host James Barry interviews John A. Richardson Jr. (son of Dr. John A. Richardson) about controversial alternative views on cancer as a nutrient/metabolic deficiency and the use of apricot seeds/amygdalin (B17/laetrile) as a nutritional/adjunctive approach. The discussion covers historical background, proposed biochemical mechanisms (amygdalin, beta‑glucosidase, rhodanese), regulatory pushback (FDA warnings, censorship), anecdotal case reports and clinic experiences, criticisms of mainstream oncology, and suggestions for diet/lifestyle and integrative care. The content is explicitly promotional of nonstandard, contested treatments and frames the topic as challenging established medical institutions.

What if cancer isn't just a disease, but a symptom of a deeper nutrient deficiency that modern medicine has overlooked? Welcome back to Everyday Ancestral. I'm your host, James Barry. Today, I am sitting down with John A. Richardson Jr., a voice at the center of one of the most controversial conversations in natural health. His late father, Dr. John A. Richardson, was among the first to explore the use of vitamin B17, which is amygdalin, and it's found in apricot seeds. Natural remedy, y'all. It's part of a nutritional approach to cancer. John has carried that torch forward through his work with Richardson Nutritional Center, continuing to question how nutrient deficiencies, metabolism, and modern diets intersect with chronic disease. And whether you agree or disagree, this discussion goes beyond labels. It's about challenging assumptions, looking at the body as a self-healing system, and asking what we might be missing when we focus on symptoms instead of root causes. John, thank you for joining me.
Oh, it's my pleasure, James. I look forward to it. It looks like we're going to have a good time. I've looked a little bit of background on your show and I see you tell the truth and you get the stories out there that you think are best for your audience. So nothing kind of more important in people's worry list, they have their worry list, is the old C word. Depending on what platform you're on, we have to make sure we don't say the whole word sometimes. Sometimes I call it schmancer, but people know what we're talking about because you can get— when you're telling the truth about a multi-billion-dollar industry that it's basically absolutely an immune deficiency disease, a metabolic— you hear that word thrown around on Tucker Carlson and Megyn Kelly shows with Dr. Soon. Metabolic deficiency disease, that's exactly what the disease is. It's not something you inherit. It's not something you catch. It's not something that's in your water. Those are, you know, these are all stories about what things that can remove your— ruin your immune system. But in general, if you have the proper diet and an immune system that's capable of fighting it off, you will never have the C-word. And so, That's the good news for everybody. I do get, you know, censored all over the place, but I, I come with facts. And so I want your audience to know if there's any way for them to get you questions, that I'm happy to answer them. And I'm happy to answer any questions you have on behalf of your audience.
So everyone just know we're going to be talking about the C word, schmancer, as, as John mentioned, but we may not use the actual word just so that we don't get any censorship going on any of the platforms we share this here. But you'll know what we're talking about and, and really why this is so important. to talk about because it is a modern issue. This is coming up for people left and right, and it's little, you know, something that I'm very aware of with it is that the natural remedy, the people that promote natural remedies, any natural remedies always get blamed if something goes wrong. So the practitioners that push them get blamed. So that's the nutritionists, the functional nutritionists. naturopath sometimes, and then any of the actual remedies, they get blamed. If the person's doing a duality of, you know, um, chemo and let's say a natural remedy, then natural remedy gets blamed. Do you find that as well?
Well, we used to find that. Um, uh, my dad battled that, uh, back when he was, uh, starting with this whole thing back in the early 1970s, that He would have miraculous recoveries and they would always say, oh, it's spontaneous recovery, or, oh, that's the aftereffects of the real treatments that they were sent home to die from. So, that was his— the first 5 years that he was using as an MD, he had practiced for 15 years sending people off to oncology departments and never see them come back. And so, absolutely, Doctors have seen that, but now things are changing, James. And that's the good news I bring to everybody.
All right.
I mean, I can talk about doom and gloom because it's been a lot of doom and gloom in the health or the sickness arena. The medical industrial complex has not really been able to solve any of these diseases that our president, gosh, Nixon said war on cancer back in the 1970s. And, you know, the war has been won by cancer mostly if you want to talk about it. And, you know, that's, you know, a word I try to say schmancer, but that's just the titles you see every day as somebody else, you hear another cousin, another aunt, yourself, you know, we're hearing it. And schmancer rates have not gone down with the trillions of dollars we've raised and the, you know, university studies and the The newest, most newfangled things out there, with, in their own research, a person that is diagnosed, and I use the word diagnosed very loosely because so many things are diagnosed and they're not really are what they say, but so many things are diagnosed. But if you're diagnosed with the C-word and you immediately do chemo, radiation, and surgery, Your chances of surviving 5 years have been historically about 6%. And that's such a shocking number to people. That's a shocking concept because people that go in are told, oh, we have, you know, there's hope and there's, you know, the sooner we get to it, the better it is. Well, my belief is the sooner you get to it, the longer you have to be sick the rest of your life because the treatments have not been proven to be as effective as they've told us they have. And their own statistics show that. And now, unfortunately for the medical industrial complex, 80% of MDs that have been trained only in pharmaceuticals, chemo, radiation are getting the question from their own patients. 80% of them, according to Callie Means, who works for RFK, are asking for root causes of their disease and more natural answers as a sideline that they can do at the same time. So, it is a crazy world we're living in because the same world that will will delete me off of TikTok because I talk about a study proving in the '70s that this works. That same world will go viral on Instagram because I tell a story about somebody who recently had great success and that, you know, RFK knows who I am and knows about what I'm doing, but he's got a lot of fish battles to fight. So yeah, it's a crazy time. So that's a great question and I hope I answered it. Yeah.
Um, it, it is an interesting one because when people, when people are diagnosed, whether it's cancer or anything, any, anything that we kind of associate and we've been taught to believe is really intense, uh, and, and better word would probably be life-threatening. Um, there is a reaction that happens, right? The, the reaction is I need to go with what is known versus unknown, you know, or the reaction is I'm scared to go down the homeopathic route or the, or the more natural remedy route because, um, because if it doesn't work, I'll be ridiculed. Yeah, there could be that, which I know people that, that, that was the case. So how do, how should someone, like, how does someone kind of reframe this diagnosis?
Well, uh, another great question. Um, because that's what the person, the average person's facing. They get diagnosed and then it's immediately pressured. into doing this decision or the other. And the good news is that schmancer is not a— it doesn't rapidly grow until you start messing with it. A lot of times when someone develops a tumor, it's because the body— a tumor is nothing more than the body's defense mechanism. So understanding what schmancer is, is really the primary thing that I tell people right now, because get yourself— it's kind of like getting insurance. You don't buy car insurance after you've gotten the car accident. And you don't buy health insurance after you've gotten really sick. So, don't educate yourself after you get something. If you're concerned, you've heard that I'm susceptible to this, it's in my genes, whatever, which is not true, by the way, because there's lots of people that have had schmancer in their family, but they eat the proper foods and they avoid the bad poisons and they never get the C-word. What someone does to, to kind of, um, you know, sidetrack the diagnosis of the C word is figure out what it really is and contact someone other than where you got diagnosed who will give you a second opinion about it. You don't have to rush into surgery tomorrow. You know, you don't have to rush into chemotherapy on, on Monday. You can educate yourself and figure out what it is and talk to somebody integrative. And if the doctor you're dealing with Tells you the only solutions are chemo, radiation, surgery, there's no other solutions, then he's not— he hasn't been educated. He hasn't learned. He's just part of the medical industrial complex. Because I'm— I was just out in Palm Springs with 700 medical doctors that were learning about the value of plant nutrition, about a natural diet, a lower processed diet, and how the studies have already are showing, because they've never been funded before, James, because There's no money on the free side. It's all the money's on the billion-dollar MIC side, medical industrial complex side, where all the studies go.
Sure.
And that's another story we could talk about. But these MDs are now, because they're getting asked about root causes and other solutions, they're doing studies that show, surprise, surprise, that a diet low in sugar, a diet high in plant nutrition, a diet in fruits and And vegetables and foods that aren't processed or alive foods, things that haven't been cut down and packaged 6 months ago, food that has been totally stripped of all its nutrition, all of its enzymes, all of its nutrients, the food that you get in the center of your grocery store, the people that eat that kind of diet get sicker and don't heal as quickly and don't respond to treatments as well as the people that eat a natural, healthy diet. And I know that some people, ah, I like my cheeseburgers and I like my snack foods. That's great. But you're choosing to eat foods that don't have any nutritional value, and therefore you're getting these metabolic diseases that are deficiency diseases like beriberi, rickets, scurvy, pernicious anemia, all of which are documented deficiency diseases. And we're getting these deficiency diseases that people don't believe are related to heart problems, myocardial problems, or problems with the C-word, or problems with diabetes. And I'm talking to MDs that have been involved in the medical industrial complex for 35 years and are now showing people how to wipe out their type 2 diabetes without the drugs. And they've told me, MDs, John, they'll never solve type 2 diabetes with the 80 $8 billion in drugs they'll sell this year. It only can be resolved by diet and lifestyle changes. And so, their minds are going— So, if the doctor's minds are going like that, then you as a person that's just been diagnosed need to understand you need to educate yourself. Unfortunately, doctors have only been trained part of the menu. You need to learn the other half of the menu before you get diagnosed or be willing even after you're diagnosed to go out there and educate yourself or find a doctor that has been educated about the other side of the menu.
You're continuing your father's research and your father's positioning on this, and you're amplifying it. So, what led you to take up your father's mission?
My dad started his medical practice in 1970. He used his metabolic therapy that he learned from Dr. Ernst Krebs that found— discovered in the '20s. His son purified it and had a clinic in San Francisco, underground clinic where he was treating people. Before they did chemo radiation, he was having reportedly 100% success rate. And my dad was hearing about this through the medical grapevine. When our cat got the C-word, had a big tumor on the side of his neck, my dad used this treatment on the cat and it responded beautifully. Then he used it on his favorite nurse's sister who went to Kaiser and they told her she had to cut her arm off. And instead, she wanted to beg my dad to treat her. That's when he learned about the politics of it. So, I had seen my dad go through this whole thing from starting it and treating thousands of patients, writing a book, being on the news, them arresting him, raiding his practice, suing him. And I kind of— the kids of my dad kind of floated away from it, kind of as my dad lost his license in 1977, then he had to practice in Mexico. Or in Nevada and Mexico in the early '80s. And then he passed away during open-heart surgery in 1988. And by that time, it pretty much, they had put a clamp on all these. I could give you another 10 doctors just like my dad that they went through. And so from 1981 to about 1988 to 1999, I was kind of, I was just doing something else. I was doing bowling centers, entertainment centers. I had things, but I was still taking and eating apricot seeds all through this period. But in 1999, we just saw that nobody was out there telling the story anymore. So, we started a company that was just, we got our first bag of apricot seeds from a supplier through G. Edward Griffin. I don't know if you are familiar with G. Edward Griffin. He had told us, my brother and I, he told us, apricot seeds are something people need. I still have people that need it, but The FDA comes and shuts me down because I sell the— I wrote the book. Ed Griffin wrote the book, World Without the C-Word. And this book was dedicated to my father because they went on a fishing trip in 1970. And Ed was continuing to sell copies of the book. It wasn't selling briskly or anything like that. We were still selling copies of the book, but he said, people don't have any place to get the seeds in America. So my brother and I just started a company bagging the seeds up and selling them to people, not ever mentioning what they were. And that just kind of, I mean, excuse me, not mentioning what they did. People would come to us and say, oh, you have apricot seeds, kind of like underground.
Yeah.
You could still get them at the grocery store and you could still eat seeds, but it was kind of a time where people were afraid to talk about it because the government had done such a good job demonizing it, lying about it, that it was kind of underground. And doctors were still using it in their practice. I've met many of them, but they weren't announcing it. If you'd go If you talked to them, they weren't saying, mentioning it, they were just doing it as an adjunctive therapy. And then that just kind of kept growing and we were selling the seeds and it was growing. But then in 2017, BuzzFeed reached out to me and said, hey, we see these apricot seeds is coming up as a subject. We'd like to do a story about you and your company and your father. We'd like to do a well-rounded story. We hear people are having some results. We hear some people are worried about cyanide poisoning. We're hearing all this stuff. We'd love to do a balanced article about you. My brother at the time said, don't do it. Don't do it.
They're going to— I love it.
Yeah, balanced. I was a fool. I was naive in 2017 because I thought, we're seeing such great results. We literally had seen Saudi Arabia say, oh, eating apricot seeds is poisonous. And then we get $50,000 worth of orders into our website from Saudi Arabia. We didn't even know what it was and we had to find out. It was because They said something negative about it. And people at that time, in 2017, this is before COVID were still being skeptical. If the government or the FDA said something was bad for you, people were like, oh, they wanted to find out more. So, when I did that article with BuzzFeed, came out the front page of it, skull and crossbones in the shape of— or apricot seeds in the shape of skull and crossbones. And the article slammed me and slammed my dad. But just like with the Saudi Arabian thing, 50,000 clicks came to our website for people to find out about this because every negative article they tried to publish with— through BuzzFeed talking about somebody got cyanide poisoning, if you looked at it and read it, the person went forward and continued treating themselves with apricot seeds and then got rid of their schmancer.
Let's talk about that though, because that way, for the people that don't know, So, so why is, why are apricot seeds a, a viable natural remedy for Schmancer?
Well, the simple answer is because God gave, God made seeds for us to eat, for, to be preventative, not just amygdalins found in apricot seeds, a lot of B vitamins, niacin, all sorts of things are found in, in seeds. And in Genesis 1:29, it said, God said, behold, I've given you every plant yielding seed that is on the face of all the earth and every tree with seed in it, and ye shall have them for food. And so, whether you believe in nature or God put it there or nature did, whatever someone believes, anybody watching, I'm not pushing that on you. The substance called amygdalin is primarily found in seeds and beans and vegetables and fruits, all the things that we know that doctors are proving now you need to be eating that we don't eat anymore. We eat processed foods. So, if you look at this compound called amygdalin, you go, what is it, John? I've just heard about apricot seeds. I never heard about it. Well, the Russians discovered it in the 1830s. They were using it to treat the C-word in the 1850s. And the United States, it became popular in the 1820s, not popular, but it became known by Dr. Ernst Krebs Sr. out of the San Francisco Bay Area. Who was who was using it to treat his Schmancer patients, and so many doctors there was patents formed in 1930s 1930s, and then Dr. Dean Burke formed the National Cancer Institute in 1937. And I I had never even heard of Dr. Dean Burke until I really later in my life started gathering this information. And he said after 37 years of being at the National Cancer Institute that. B17, amygdalin, or leotril that's found in apricot seeds, the substance that we call amygdalin, that's found in over 1,200 different foods, was the most effective natural compound they've ever used at the National Cancer Institute for treating cancer. He got, but he got tremendous pushback. So how does it work, John? What I, okay, I get it. You know, you have, you're bringing all these things. It works because if you have this amygdalin floating in your blood, It's a compound locked tightly of cyanide, benzaldehyde, and 2 molecules of glucose. Now, that sounds scary, but don't be any more scared of that than sodium and chloride, 2 poisonous things. And when you combine, they make table salt. So, no one would go, don't eat table salt on your steak tonight because you'll get chlorine poisoning. Dr. Dean Burke said that at the NIH, and doctors and labs approved it. That molecule of amygdala is very tightly locked, and it's found in 1,200 different foods that people eat, lima beans, millet, barley. So, if it was a cyanide poisoning, I wouldn't be able to eat this seed, chew on it, and survive. I eat 40 seeds a day. But because it's a solid molecule, only breaks apart when it comes in contact with an enzyme that's hard to pronounce, But easy to understand, it's called beta glucosidase or beta glucosidase. That enzyme is called the unlocking enzyme. And when that enzyme comes in contact with amygdalin, it then does break apart. Even though the FDA could never get it to break apart in the lab without that enzyme, they'd said, oh, it can't work the way Dr. Richardson says. When it comes to that enzyme, it breaks apart and then cancer eats the 2 glucose molecules and is killed. Simultaneously by the benzaldehyde and the cyanide. This has been shown on video. This has been shown in labs. This has been proven in studies, which I could go all day talking about. But that's what kills that cancer cell that's floating in your blood before it ever metastasizes. So, the average person has cancer in them every day, cells that are multiplying improperly. But if you have the proper nutrition and the proper immune system, you fight off the cancer. So, when people get older or their pancreas stops producing the enzymes trypsin and chymotrypsin, or they're not eating foods or eating processed foods, they're not getting these things that give you the protection that you get with amygdalin. When the cyanide and benzaldehyde break apart, this is— I don't want people to gloss over. When it comes in contact with a healthy cell, oh my gosh, that could be scary. Healthy cells have a compound called rhodinase. Guess the only cell that produces beta-glucosidase is the cancer cell. Now, I said cancer because I can say that it's documented, proven, scientifically researched that the C cells, when they're improperly multiplying, produce beta-glucosidase. And so, when amygdone comes along at a high concentration of beta-glucosidase, it reacts. But then, when it goes to The cyanide and benzaldehyde go to a healthy cell. They have rodinase, and they turn cyanide into thiocyanate and benzaldehyde into benzoic acid. And both of those are pain relievers, and they're naturally occurring. I mean, they're not harmful. They help you digest other vitamins, and they just get used by your body as a pain reliever. And the FDA, again, had to say, yes, it's been well documented. That laetrile, B17, amygdala, whatever you wanna call it, is a great pain reliever. We still don't wanna approve it for the treatment of the C word because then people will delay the very successful chemotherapy, radiation, and surgery in hopes that the laetrile will help them, you know, deal with the cancer, and then they'll die prematurely because they chose the natural answers instead. So, and, and so the, the next question people say after they understand the mechanics, okay, if that really works, show me that. CNBC came out with an article in February of 2024, and you could write this down, anybody watching. Hunzas, CNBC, 100 years. Google it. You'll come up with an article from CNBC that says the Hunzas, a tribe above northern Pakistan, live to be over 100 years old, with the oldest documented person living to be 165. And here's the top 5 reasons Why they live to be over 100 years old. Number one is they eat lots of apricot seeds and apricot seed oil. And apricot seeds, the compound found in apricot seeds, studies have shown that they have anti-cancer properties. And if you click on the word studies, it takes you a study by the NIH, the PubMed that says amygdalin causes apoptosis. Apoptosis means cell death. in cancer cells. Our own NIH telling us that's the case. I've told you about the National Cancer Institute, CNBC saying it, but why don't we hear about it at our oncologist? Why don't they say, well, yeah, while you're doing the chemo, make sure you're eating the proper food and proper diet. Instead, they tell you, here, eat more donuts, fatten yourself up. Doesn't matter what you eat. Most of the system just tells you eat whatever, but they've proven that processed foods And these things are bad for you. So why not at least tell people about these studies that have shown if you eat these 1,200 different natural foods like beans and vegetables and fruits and the seeds, that you too can have natural bodies, your natural body's immune system can help you fight against this, the C-word. So the next question, and I don't want to presuppose, but I just want to say why Don't they tell us? When I say, why don't they? Well, they don't because the entire system has been built on pharmaceutical answers to everything. Scientific science means you have to do laboratory studies with products that are created by big companies that are patented and trademarked that they can make a profit on because nothing natural has the millions of dollars behind it to fund all these studies, or they won't even allow them in most cases. Because there's nothing, there's no profit at the end. There's no way to recoup your investment if you're trying to prove vitamin C treats the C-word. If you're trying to prove high-dose vitamin C, there's no studies that will be profitable if you do millions of dollars. And that's just the way the system works. So, if there was a natural, cheap, effective answer to a multi-billion-dollar disease, What would that industry that trains doctors for 10 years just to radiate part of that disease, trains them for 10 years on equipment that's millions of dollars at your local hospital. What would that industry do to stop you from finding out about this natural thing that may make it so you never get that disease in the first place? Well, there's a lot of incentives to why we don't know about it.
Yeah, I think it's hard for people to really grasp, uh, That an industry, you know, that the industry is made of humans and these humans do seem to be on mission to support people's health, but that it still may be that while that might be true, that the, that the industry itself still may be not providing the education, not providing the alternative remedies to support a more full kind of full picture. of health practices that can be performed during, you know, when people have these ailments or these, these, these issues pop up. I mean, I, I feel like that's one of the biggest issues is that we, we have these very, everyone's kind of tunnel visioned, right? Like, like I'm tunnel vision with organ meats, you're tunnel vision with apricot seeds. And, and, and then, but the industry is tunnel vision with, well, pharmaceuticals and chemo and, and, you know, all their practices and Because as you said earlier, it's hard to know everything. It's hard to be schooled on the entire, you know, possible outcomes of what people can explore. So we all go down those specific avenues. Critics often point out that you are not a licensed medical professional and they use that to dismiss your message. So how do you respond to that criticism?
Well, I, I, I respond very simply that a license or the education in pharmaceuticals does not help an MD know anything about nutrition. The main focus of a medical license is learning about orthodox treatments. And so, I've had tearful doctors that have had 20-year career, 10 years of undergraduate, and they've learned 10 hours of nutrition. They look back at their medical education, they got 17 total hours throughout that 10-year undergraduate. So someone like me does, I'm not, if I was treating patients or I was seeing them actively and advising them about this and that, I'm reading the work done by these doctors and I'm studying this work. And probably I should have a PhD in lay-at-trial nutrition. But even more importantly, I was in chiropractic college. And then when my dad went down, I kind of became disillusioned to the whole licensed medical practice, because if you have a license, now you can't tell the truth anymore. The people that got in trouble, even in the '70s, '80s, and '90s, couldn't tell the truth. So, as I'm doing this, I've had people say, well, why don't you get your doctorate? Well, then I've got something they can threaten me with, or that, you know, you should be treating patients. No, I'm supporting the doctors, the brave doctors that are with the science and the documentation and the case histories and all the information. Without the threat of losing my practice or going to jail because I'm practicing medicine without a license or all these other things, or the threat of losing my license. And so many doctors that you talk to behind the scenes, they can tell you, yeah, John, I've known this works. I've talked to FDA agents that told me, yeah, John, I know this works, but I will lose my pension, my FDA pension if I come out and tell the stories that I know.
Yeah.
So, you wouldn't believe how much— I mean, you would. People, when you break it down, Because I can tell the story of Sloan Kettering, who researched Laetrile with their number one doctor at the number one institute of higher education about cancer, Kanematsu Sugura, who people can look up, was a PhD who had done thousands of studies and actually invented chemotherapy. And I know this because I've read all this and studied all this, and most MDs don't know anything about this. He said that Laetrile was the most— let me just read what Kanametsu said in the 1970s when amygdalin— he said that Laetrile was more effective in the control of cancer than any substance he had ever tested. And he went on and did study after study, but Sloan-Kettering, the powers that be, because they were funded 100% to this day by big pharma and big medicine, To find answers to cancer. We got to find the answer to cancer. We got to fund it. We got to spend money. Well, they had millions of dollars in the pipeline, all of which would go away if Kanematsu Segura, who invented chemotherapy, said Laetrile was the most effective natural treatment. So they demonized him. They paid a million dollars for another doctor to come in, do another round of studies on these rats that Kanematsu had proven. They stopped the metastases of cancer in these, in these mice. And they said, oh, it looks like in these mice, the saline solution is more effective in stopping the cancer than the Laetrile is. The Laetrile didn't have any effect on it. So of course, any, anybody on the outside, any doctors looking at that from the outside were just like, well, of course they just switched the 2 substances and, you know, acted like, oh, it's okay. So he had done it 29 times. So when they announced that to the world, Dr. Kanemetsu was asked by a reporter after the whole report was gone that laetrile's ineffective, it doesn't help with anything. That kind of just like killed it right there. A reporter asked Dr. Kanemetsu, do you stick with your 29 studies with your results? Very famous, world-famous doctor. And he famously said, I stick. But yet that information, they made a movie about it 10 years ago on YouTube. Censored it after 750,000 views. It's back up on YouTube under a different name. It's got 847,000 views, but that's a movie called Second Opinion. So, all of— I've just told you, James, would put me in jeopardy of losing my medical license and having me put in jail like doctors get put in jail for quackery or medical malpractice. And yet, It's all true and I'm telling it to the world and there's nothing, you know, I'm sure they could find a way to threaten me like they did my dad. Every 3-letter agency started going after him. And, and if I don't want to be too prideful, but there's nothing I'm doing that's against the rules when I'm just telling the truth when I don't have a medical license or I don't have a medical degree.
Well, you're, you're in fact kind of using The regulatory process or, or how their, their response to you, it seems to your favor, but like, like for example, on your website, you're posting the regulatory history of the 2021 warning letter from the US Food and Drug Administration regarding claims made on your products. So how does that kind of regulatory pushback affect your work and message today?
Well, it's fun because anybody that's waking up now, when you say, oh, the FDA hasn't approved it, it's almost like, well, can I get some? How do I get it?
Yeah, it's almost like you're more legitimate. You're now more legitimate.
CNN said you're a bad guy, James, because you're talking about organ meat. So, CNN says you— I just made that up, but you'd probably get— that would probably be the best thing for your business ever. You know what I'm saying? It's kind of like— Yeah. What message is coming across?
more and more people are skeptical, then more and more people are curious and asking questions. So, you know, kind of modeling that, hey, this is a remedy that is being either attacked and/or trying to be minimized actually inspires more curiosity, really. So you're using that to your advantage to support curiosity.
Yes.
Yeah.
And it's, it was much worse 7 years ago. I was, literally looking around the corner and watching out 7 years ago. Then after COVID, it's become more of an issue where people now understand it. But a lot of the information that I censored myself from ever understanding prior to 7 years ago was exactly what they wanted. They didn't want you to know the information, but also sell the product. They didn't want you to know the results of these studies at Loyola and Sloan Kettering and Houston Methodist and The doctors in the Philippines and in China and in Israel and doctors in Mexico, they didn't want you to know about that if you were selling the product, because they said you were promoting that as a treatment for that. But now, I've had attorneys look at the documentation. I've had grand juries. I've had testimony at grand juries where 20 cases have been brought up and presented to them, and they just dropped the case because somebody was distributing You know, back, you know, 10 years ago. And so, I've gone through all that stuff and I've seen the filings and then I've talked to MDs who are right now, James, currently using it for the past 25 years. In fact, a local doctor, Dr. John Murphy, who used to be afraid to talk about it because he was afraid of the establishment coming after him. They came after his license twice. He won both times because he got his patients to sign documentation that That they were knowing that this is not approved by the FDA, that they weren't looking at it to treat their C-word, but they were just looking at it to help their health. And the very first patient that he treated with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma 25 years ago is still alive today.
Wow.
And I met him because I met a patient that had pro— uh, uh, um, uh, gosh, pancreatic cancer, which is one of the most deadly, and we could talk about that, that's still alive today, 5 and a half years later. after going to Dr. Murphy, when he was given 12 weeks to live by his oncologist and told, I've never had anybody with what you have last longer than a year. So, these stories are stories I did not know 7 years ago, James. I did not know doctors in Clearwater, Florida that were using Laetrile MDs on a daily basis. I did not know doctors in Georgia.
Yeah.
I did not know doctors in Chicago. Now I do. Now I know doctors are using as conjunctive therapies, basically together, not something that's treating their C-word, together to improve their immune system, just like eating vitamins, eating organic foods, breathing clean air, drinking water, eating organ meats, all the things that doctors do now to help people get healthier in conjunction with those. And so, The, and it helps that RF, that RFK is at the HHS and believes almost everything I believe, and I believe everything he believes. So it helps with that as well.
Yeah, it's, it's a great point. I mean, I think, I think we're not vilifying doctors. We're not trying to say that these people don't want to help their patients. They do. There's just part of a bigger system, and sometimes the system is set up for them either not to know or is, is so bureaucratic that it's almost like it won't allow them to know because it's not insurable. It's, it's, or it, it's, it's potentially gonna cost them more money or, you know, something down the line probably comes down to money and/or power, right? Usually that's where it is.
Yeah. I have, I have many dear friends that are MDs that were locked in that system, and some of 'em have told me off the record or, you know, on the record, just joking between me, that they would've kicked me outta their practice if I'd have talked to 'em 6 years ago. I don't ever look at a doctor. I befriend doctors that totally think I'm a crazy person. I befriend them because that's the only way I can, you know, I see them and meet them until we talk and I start chipping on them. Because if I don't find things that we have in common, I'm not going to be able to teach you this thing that's crazy to you as a medical doctor because you've only been taught one side of the menu. And if you go to— so no doctors go into I shouldn't say none, but most, the majority of doctors go in to help people. They go in to save people, to take care of people. That's what they go into. And then they get jaded when they get in the system and they see that it's not always about helping people. I've had doctors tell me they couldn't take it anymore. They had meetings at the hospital to try to figure out who they could talk into, especially on children's ward, who they could talk into getting surgeries. that they may or may not need that they can make the money off of. That is a system that's broken. And so, when the only answer is things they know are not making people better, they're just having to do the next thing, the next thing. Now they start looking for other solutions and they either switch what they're doing or they get out of it or they— different doctors take different choices. And so, I respect the profession, everybody that's put the hard work into medical career. But I also want people to know, now that you know the truth, there is other ways that you can make a financial bonanza from healing your patients, have an outcome-based practice, and people are willing to pay for it. And there's all sorts of examples of that, of doctors that are now swamped with patients that are just looking for healing. And they're not looking for the next drug or the next thing. They want to know the root cause of their problem and they want to get well.
Well, let's talk about some of the healing. So one thing that you talk about is that when, for example, with a tumor, that it's actually the biopsy, biopsy of that tumor that wreaks havoc in the body. So what's, what's something someone should do, you, in your judgment, if they do have a tumor or get diagnosed with a tumor, should they not have a biopsy? Like before it even gets biopsied, what, what do you think they should do?
Yeah. And here's my medical disclaimer. Um, uh, I, I would never open up a tumor with the statistics that are shown from what happens to people when they biopsy their tumor and find, and, and it spreads. And that's the, that's the facts. The studies have been done, done nothing that I'm making up that. The studies have been done that when you open up that tumor, if it's cancerous, that cancer escapes and now it starts metastasizing. It gets into your lymph, into your blood, and starts going around. It starts metastasizing. So if you already have a deficiency problem, if you already have a lowered immune system, now you've just increased the load on that. Now you start doing X-rays, you start doing other things that also cause the lowering of immune system. I've been saying it for years, but the Dr. Moon, the billion-dollar doctor that goes on Tucker Carlson and, uh, and Megyn Kelly recently and said cancer's a metabolic deficiency disease. If you get diagnosed with cancer, don't start, uh, the things that kill your immune system, like chemotherapy and radiation. Change to, um, decide to change your diet, change your lifestyle, stop doing the things, whatever you're doing, like smoking. Drinking too much, eating processed foods, not eating low-cooked food, because when you overcook food, it loses its nutrition. If you're eating organ meats, make sure you're eating organically grown, because that's where all the nutrition comes in. If you're using organ meats, in my mind, I would tell somebody, James, that if you're using them from a factory-processed farm, you're getting the same garbage they're feeding those animals. You're getting— In your meats. So eat organically raised meats and eat— so those are some basic easy solutions. But even if someone chooses to do chemotherapy, radiation, surgery as their course because that's what they believe in, anybody that's talking to doctors doesn't say they need to improve their lifestyle at the same time is giving them bad advice. And that's proven because I just went to a conference where they're showing studies where if someone just changes their diet and, and eats healthier and eats less cooked food, the results of chemo and radiation surgery are astronomically better, going from 6% over 5, 5 survival to 20 or 30% survival over 5 years.
I think that's a really important distinction is that a cancer diagnosis doesn't have to be a death sentence, that it's That it's, it's basically an alarm or a red flag, and it's saying, look, what you're doing currently, how you're eating, how you're living, how you're sleeping, the energy you're coexisting in is not working. So change those things.
I just wanted to point out that I have good friend doctors of mine that are successfully using chemotherapy in the right way, low-dose chemotherapy, and then cleaning the blood afterwards so that The normal 94% that goes and wreaks havoc on the rest of your immune system is taken out immediately. And they're finding some success in shrinking the tumor and then getting people on a healthy diet that this integrative therapies are showing promise. And there's clinics that are start announcing, we're having 35 times better rates on colon cancer because we're using this integrative therapy. I'm not saying it's all bad. It's all just destroy it because— No, it's not all or nothing.
Yeah.
Yeah. My son needed open-heart surgery. I can give him all the apricot seeds in the world I want. He's not going to fix his heart. He's born that way. And so, modern medicine is a miracle. Just modern medicine, the current financial system that we're under doesn't support people choosing these natural things in support of modern medicine, which has to be changed because it's now very obvious because of 60 years of doing what we're doing, it's not working. We're getting sicker. We might be living longer because of modern medicine, but we're sicker for more times. And 60% of Americans are walking around with a deficiency disease that we can get rid of in the next 2 to 3 years. We can get rid of these diseases and it's happening.
Well, if you're open to talking a little bit about it, when you just mentioned your son had open heart surgery, so how did you guys prepare for that? How, how did, how did you support him through that process?
Well, um, it was, it was difficult. I mean, you know, it's, he's born, he was born with Tetralogy of Fallot.
What is that?
Tetralogy of Fallot is basically a hole in your heart that will not repair because it's misaligned. It's not like a hole in your heart that will heal over. There's a hole in the heart, the misalignment of the heart. And, most people that through history, if you had Tetralogy of Fallot, you would continue to get weaker and weaker. You wouldn't be able to do exercise and most children passed away at 12 years old. But Stanford Hospital had a brilliant Japanese doctor with tiny hands and miracle from God. Our son, you know, a lot of people with Tetralogy of Fallot have to get surgery after surgery after surgery. And as they grow, the patch they put doesn't grow with them. But with our son, he was able to be one surgery, this miracle Japanese doctor, a lot of prayers. Miracle. Absolute miracle. They did the surgery and now he's 7 years old and he's a healthy, happy boy, precocious, love him dearly. But none of my kids, none of my children have ever been vaccinated, including my son that had the open-heart surgery. And one of the things they wanted to do is have him be vaccinated before he did it. And we just politely declined. And And that was because my dad was an MD who studied vaccines and said he had not seen any studies that showed that kids, they might be able to stop a certain disease or certain thing from happening, but the side effects, at what cost? He was always, at what cost are you stopping someone from getting tuberculosis or whatever the newest vaccine, the 72 vaccines that Any child born in California now looks forward to before they're 5, what cost? And so, you know, so I've always been a natural answer, but I'm, I could, I could get tears in my eyes now thinking of what I went through, how my son's life was saved. And now he, he looks forward to a normal long life. And that's only because of modern orthodox medicine. And that's the place, that's where it has its place. And that's where it continues. to do miracles and that doctor deserves to make a tremendous living. But if a disease only exists for the idea that it can be treated and profited from, that's where I have no issue on shining the light on it. So that's the big difference.
I guess though, it just goes back though, for me, to my original point, which is when things are right, it's okay to philosophize, talk through these things and argue and, you know, go wherever you need to go. But when the person is diagnosed or the loved one is diagnosed with whatever it is, and in this case, your son has a, you know, basically a hole in the heart, right? So it's like when that happens as a father, as a human, you're in such just overwhelm, right? You're, you're, you're just scared. You're scared. And, and where we go when we're scared is we look for answers. We, we want someone to tell us what to do. So can you kind of, in a sense, tell us how these natural remedies or how these apricot kernels sup— like, can you share some case studies of how they have supported people so that if someone should get a diagnosis, they have a better understanding of like, well, how did this help someone else?
Well, yeah, I can't, I, I can, I can, I have hundreds of case histories. But in my own case with my son, just to follow up, I studied about Tetralogy of Fallot and I understood what it was and how it worked. And, because obviously, I didn't want my son having open-heart surgery at 6 months unless it was absolutely necessary. And, I saw the symptoms and I read it all, so I got educated. And so, that's what I'm asking people to do in your case if you get a metabolic disease, which you may not believe is a deficiency, study. Study now or study when you're diagnosed. But remember that a diagnosis is just the doctor's best guess at what you have. He doesn't have, he doesn't know for sure. So, well, I, I want to, I want to just interject too.
I would offer that. So you're, I, what I love about what you're saying is you're saying they might've got a diagnosis, but you're saying it's a metabolic disease. So you're, you're just, you're just calling it something different. And I would offer, there is nothing at risk for anyone to do that.
If anything, there's no, there's no side effects to eating.
Exactly. There's no side effect. Like, if anything, You are at an advantage if you label it something different than what your brain associates with death.
Yep. And that's, and that's, and it's also, there's so, there's studies been proven that just, you know, having a positive attitude about what you're doing and looking forward to something instead of being poisoned, excuse me, which chemotherapy is, or radiated, which they've, the doctors, I've seen them all over the place now talking about how they, Someone dies after getting radiated and they open them up and their liver looks like a leather bag. It's just basically, how do they survive that?
Right.
So, that's the opposite end of my son. It's like the medical intervention caused the death most likely, but they're still going to put on the death certificate. You know what's going to go on the death certificate. So, again, I like what you said. We've got so many, James, so many success stories of people that were trying other things and then reversed their disease, not because of a treatment or cure, but because they put their body back into homeostasis, less negative energy. And I'm not trying to hocus-pocus. They're eating the foods their body needs. It's amazing that I look at our population, see the foods that people are lined up to. If you ever want to know if a restaurant's healthy for you, just go walk in the entryway, look at the crowd that's going to eat in there. And kind of say, is that how I wanna look? You know, I mean, that's the, you know, the fried chicken places and the fast food places. There's just no nutrients in there. It's just empty calories. And of course we're gonna get disease.
I'm imagining a scenario where you walk in, cuz I like, I like what you said, but I'm just taking it a little further. I'm imagining you walk in and say, okay, who's eaten here more than 3 times? And then everyone raised their hand. Okay. Can you stand up and take a look at them? And then you're like, uh, yeah, I'm outta here.
Yeah. It's the, you know, just, I don't mean to be, this is not a prejudice thing. This could be a good thing.
No, of course. But it's true.
If you walk into a donut shop and look at the people that are there every morning, you're going to see the effects of the donut on them.
And that's what our body is. Of course. You are the amalgamation of those you surround yourself with, right?
So— You wouldn't take your car, you wouldn't take your Ferrari and go down to, you know, a water station, pump water into it thinking, or you wouldn't pump, you know, something that's oil from syrup or something, you would pump good high-quality gas. And so, even though we're much more complicated than a Ferrari, we pump horrible stuff. And of course, we're going to have side effects from that. So, I'm going to read you a recent, a very recent email I got from somebody. And this is, you asked for some case histories. And so, this is Fascinating. I literally got this 11 days ago. My son texted me early in the morning. He said, Dad, look at this email I got. It's incredible. And it was. And so, I've been sharing it with people. And she sent me an email after seeing me on a podcast. And she says, a friend I grew up with and knows my story recently made me aware that John Jr. is continuing his wonderful father's legacy. My maiden name is Hebert, and I am one of the patients in the book, Lea Troche's Histories. I cannot remember which one I am, but it starts out this 12-year-old girl from New Jersey had acute lymphoblastic leukemia in 1974, something like that. Anyway, John Sr. was a godsend to my parents and me. We got to be such good friends that we were invited to his daughter's wedding. And of course, we knew his older brother, Steve. I'm not sure if he's still a doctor or not. I'd love to reconnect with them all. I'm now 63 years old, turning 64 on December 30th of this year. I was so happy that my friend forwarded the interview Cancer Defense with John Richardson Jr. that John recently did on YouTube. I remember meeting Dr. Krebs and worked with Dr. Richardson back in 1975 too, and he was such a wonderful man. He made a 12-year-old girl not be scared. Please make sure John sees this message and Unbelievable. She was going to, uh, uh, um, oh gosh, Sloan Kettering, getting treatments for her leukemia. And she would, every day she would go home with her parents. She was throwing up and they did it for a year. She was treated for a year. So when she sent that email, my, uh, my, the person who books all my podcasts saw it and she said, I found it in your dad's book. And there it says, this little girl was 12 years old at the time of her initial diagnosis of leukemia. She was on methoxitrate and cytotoxin chemotherapy approximately 1 year. She was dying of the treatments. And not only did she not have to throw up when she went to treatments at my dad's, but she got so healthy and energetic that she went across the street and became a fantastic bowler. She became a prolific bowler. So, when she went back to New Jersey, she gained— she went on club teams. She's told us this since. She's got children. She sent us photos. We're gonna do an interview and we're gonna talk about this. And that is the kind of story that I hear on a regular basis for people that have chosen metabolic therapy and natural answers to the C word, because it's real. It's true. Cancer's a metabolic deficiency disease. Another one that I found, I don't know if I've ever told you about the vault, but I found this guy in the vault of information I got from the Cancer Control Society. I found this book. It was, it was a scrap when I found it. And it's called Too Young to Die: The Story of B-17 by Rick Hill. Here's Rick on the back. He was sent home from Mayo Clinic with a letter saying, you have terminal cancer. You are going to be, you're going to die if you don't get chemo radiation within the next 60 days, you won't make it a year. And so instead, Rick went to Mexico to get my dad's Metabolic therapy, including B17. And he wrote this book and I reached out to him. I looked out for him. I said, hey, Rick, what are you doing? He says, he's 74 years old. And here he is now, still alive today after being sent home by a Mayo. I said, what are you doing, Rick? He said, not much. I said, are you still speaking, telling your story? He says, no, nobody wants to hear it. Nobody wants to hear the story anymore. They think it's a one-off. And I go, well, absolutely not. I'm getting story after story. I need to get you back in the game. So, we republished his book. We republished this old book, updated it with— so factually cleared it up, same story. We republished it and now we offer it on our website. And Rick helps people walk through this what-if question and what do I do next? And so, not being a doctor, he doesn't treat anybody, he doesn't give medical advice, but he gives people actual answers to Doctors that are out there doing this metabolic therapy, they're having tremendous results. And so, the stories are coming back to us over and over again. And I've got another one that's glaring because why it was glaring back when it first happened, but this young man named Shane Horton was 6 years old when he came to my father. And here's his initial X-ray after he's sent home. He was given 45 days to live. They told, get your affairs in order. And that Shane became my dad and it was metastasized all over his body. Well, Shane was 6 years old. And how do I know that? Because this is the same fence to the same bowling alley that that email that I talked about that he and I used to jump over to go to as little buddies when I was 6 years old. And he's now a 60-year-old Alaskan king crab fisherman that still eats apricot seeds to this day and still does grounding. He takes his shoes off and grounds with the earth.
Wow.
And that's his method, and he's my age. So again, if these were the only three stories I've got, you know letters from my dad's patients, books written by other doctors with case histories, case histories of other patients that this has done. Dr. Binzel was doing the same thing as my dad in the Midwest. Dr. Moss, Dr. Dr. Hans Nieper, who helped Ronald Reagan. get rid of his colon C-word with metabolic therapy and laetrile. And, and did— the world didn't know about it. Ronald Reagan lived another 19 years. They kept it hidden. But he wrote a book called The Curious Man, and he said in his book that laetrile— and I've, I've interviewed, by the way, his staffer on an hour interview about this story— laetrile extracted from apricot pits is one of the most powerful anti-cancer substances found, and he treated Ronald Reagan. So the stories go on and on and on. It's not just, you know, one story, it's thousands of stories.
Is it, is there any concern of, uh, getting too much? Is there, is there any concern for the per— like, like, do you recommend like the person that doesn't even have a diagnosis to take them? And, and, and is there, you know, can you get too much?
Well, first answer is, can you get too much? If you eat 'em too quickly, too fast, you can get too much cell autophagy, which is cell die-off in the cancer cells, which then creates upset stomach. You cannot get cyanide poisoning. And, and that's the big lie they tell people. The science doesn't support it. You can get an upset stomach and that's interpreted You can get a really upset stomach if I ate, you know, the first time I ever ate them, I ate 20. People can get an upset stomach for 2 or 3. It's powerful nutrition that your body hasn't had because the average American diet has less than half a milligram a day because they've cooked and processed it out. So, you asked me, hey, can you get too much? We always recommend people start lower. And, if you want higher doses, then you can do the pure laetrile of 500-milligram capsules, which we have. Or we have the IV Lantro, which we use as an adjunctive therapy, again, not as a treatment for the C-word. And then doctors are starting out with 3 grams and working their way up to 18 grams a day because all the studies by the NIH, by Dr. Harold Manner, by Dr. Hans Nieper, all say that if you're fighting the C-word, your body's immune system responds best to getting as much in your system as possible. So, but the, but the Dean Burke, who founded the National Cancer Institute, And we have the documents said we did over 200,000 injections with pure Laetrile without one toxic result. And the lie that people won't have, you know, they'll avoid getting chemo radiation if they use Laetrile. We had thousands of patients that did it. Every one of them tried chemo radiation first back in the '70s when he was still the head of the National Cancer Institute. So that, he said, that's a red herring. That's not true. But I've yet to find one out of thousands and thousands of cancer patients that didn't try chemo and radiation first before getting injections with Laetrile that showed positive results in so many of the cases. I tell people all the time, there's so many people, I don't have the C-word, so why should I take it? It's not a medication, it's a nutrient.
Right.
That's just like saying, I'm not thirsty, should I ever drink again? I don't have scurvy, should I eat vitamin C? We all know if we're starting to feel a cold, we've got to take some extra vitamin C, we've got to take some echinacea. We're gonna drink some hot tea. There's all these remedies. Amygdalin used to be found in our food. So we would eat lima beans and millet and lentil soup, and we would eat the seeds of the apples instead of throwing 'em away. People literally flick 'em out when they're juicing. We take it out of our diet instead of, like God said in Genesis 1:29, use the seed for their food. So absolutely, if you're not supplementing, you're, you're taking a risk. So if you're not, And all it takes is 12 apricot seeds a day on average to get you 250 milligrams is what the doctors, the MDs, or the naturopaths, or the nutritionists have been working with amygdalin for 20 years that I know say, we don't know anybody that's ever died of cancer that regularly eats apricot seeds before they get it and then do chemo, radiation, surgery. Then they're destroying their immune system, their organs, they've lost organs. It's hard to eat apricot seeds and gain back your right lung or your, both your breasts or any of that stuff. And if I, if, if nothing else says this, people should know that Dr. Harold Manner, a 30-year head of biology at Loyola University, 50 published scientific articles and 6 textbooks, said breast cancer should be a thing of the past. He wrote the book and said mastectomies should never be done again. This should be the death of cancer. And of course, you know what happened to Harold Manor, because I had never heard of him till the past year when I found this book in a collection of all these documents. Harold Manor was forced out at Loyola University after doing a 5-year study on breast cancer that proved that amygdalin or laetrile combined with vitamin A and these pancreatic enzymes These enzymes that my dad used in his medical practice and all these doctors use because they're produced by the pancreas, he proved that 89% of the cancers could be wiped out and 11% of them would be, would be, would be taken down significantly from being half the size of the, the animal's body to half the size. I mean, to like half of its size.
Yeah. I, I think it's an important message that, you know, We're talking about nutrient deficiencies when these, instead of, like you said earlier, this is a metabolic dysfunction, which is a sign of nutrient deficiencies. And so we want to rewire our brains to, to not just hear the diagnosis that the doctor says, but to re— rethink of it like that. And so it's about how do we get more of these nutrients in our diets? I do have one last question though.
Sure.
As a chef, I was always taught to sprout seeds to make them more bioavailable and easily digested. What is your thought on that?
I've heard that.
Specifically around apricot seeds.
Well, I've heard that and I've had it asked, and I tell people this, I believe that wholeheartedly. However, I believe that if it's too difficult for people, the average person to do, the average person doesn't do it. So, that's all I've done is eat apricot seeds, but I know many people that have asked about sprouting and tried it and done it. You probably need the seeds that are cracked sooner. I don't know if the seeds that cracked 3 months ago and then dried were not heated, they're not heated, but I don't know if they're sproutable. So, my answer is don't make that wait, but it's absolutely more viable. And, I ate sprouts as a kid, I still eat sprouts, I love sprouts. But the ability to sprout apricot seeds is not as easy as it is with some other type of sprouts. So, I would answer yes, that would be ideal, but it's not something practical.
Yeah. Like, in a sense, difficult for you to source as a company helping people get these seeds, but something maybe someone can do at home with your product.
Absolutely. Absolutely. I think the best answer to this is you could put me out of business. And I tell everybody, Put me out of business. Grow your own apricot trees, eat your own diets. I don't want to make a living off of people that are dying from a disease. I want to make a living off of telling people the story and getting this news out there and helping people supplement and getting it the best way they can. If that's eating lima beans more often that are not overcooked or eating millet or barley, or my family doesn't eat wheat at all. We eat flax bread, bread made out of Other things from a local baker that does fantastic stuff, all of which have amygdalin in it. And so, again, everybody thinks I'm a broken record about B17. You get all the other nutrients as well. That's the side benefit. If you eat these natural foods that are sprouted and done, you're not only getting amygdalin, you're getting other tremendous nutrients that the list goes on and on that are also very beneficial for your health.
Yeah, absolutely.
And wild animals don't get the C-word. It's not just because of the amygdala, which is part of it, but it's all the other things they're eating in their wild diet that they don't get when they're in the zoo.
Well, thank you so much, John. I mean, I think, I think ultimately what we, we've come full circle to is that we need to be really conscious about the foods we're choosing and make sure that they're nutrient dense and bioavailable. And, and, and I, and I love that we also talked about with the C word that you, you wanna, like a few things came up in this conversation. Energy, for example, your energy around this topic, your energy and how you coexist in this world. I think a lot of people don't think about that as much. And I, and I really, uh, I personally do. And I think it's very important. Um, so the foods you're eating, the energy that you, you know, that you bring to life and that how you show up. The, your lifestyle, your sleeping habits, these all affect the outcome of where your body, where your health is going. And so let's start now. Let's not wait till we have a diagnosis. Let's start eating these nutrient-dense foods now and changing our lifestyle so that it's healthier. So I appreciate that message.
Yeah, I totally agree. I'm a huge believer. I've got some really exciting upcoming news about energy healing that's gonna, not, not something I'm invested in or anything for me profitability-wise. Energy healing is, is, is also goes along with what you just said. So, you know, nanotechnologies, there's technologies that are mind-blowing, healing people's broken ankles, you know, uh, very quickly. So yes, you're absolutely right. Energy, both, both, you know, that you're talking about is absolutely part of it.
Inside, outside.
Yeah, absolutely. Both inside and outside.
Yep. How, uh, so how can people, um, if they want to, you know, get the apricot seeds or just learn more about you, where, where should they go?
Well, the apricot seeds, if you're just looking, if you're already convinced you want to buy, or you can just go to rntstore.com. You can use the discount code JOHN10 and you get a 10% discount. And, it just helps people get it for cheaper. But, that's the apricot seeds or the big 3 we talk about, the B17, the B15, and the pancreatic enzymes. Or, we've got it in little snack foods called VitaRocks or we have it in SeedCaps. So, We offer seed meal for those that like to cook. And then we have some books. But if you want to get information, we've started a website called owwc.org that doesn't sell the product. And people can go there and get the free book, A World Without Cancer. They can find out about the studies, all the studies we've done. And this is kind of recommended to us to, again, keep the information kind of separate from the product sales. And so, OWWC.org is trying to bring in all the God-given natural things like organ meats and other things. And so, as we grow OWWC, a 501, we're going to make a movie, we're going to write a book, we're funding different studies. And so, we're out there looking. I'm speaking and doing on behalf of OWWC. My son has taken over as the president of RNC Stores to kind of separate that. And so, we're really Trying to educate and entertain and get this information out to people to make it part of the daily life. It's, it's just gonna be just as obvious as scurvy and vitamin C is cancer and vitamin B17. That's, yeah, that's what we wanna make. So it's at your local grocery store on the shelf.
I think you're on your way for sure. And, and I, and I, and as you mentioned during this podcast that I think we are finally at a place where people are more and more open to this kind of messaging. So there's, there's, you know, there is some good that came from COVID right?
Yeah, no, I, I, yeah, absolutely. It's very negative situation with a very positive outcome that people are awake to their own health that they choose. We should be able to, we should be able to live to be 120, healthy, happy, running around just like we are and get better the smarter we eat. We should get better and better.
I love that. Get better as the smarter we eat. Well, thank you again, John, for your time, and thank you all for joining us on this journey today.
