Foreign here, coming to you from sunny Southern California. I'm at one of the marinas at Redondo Beach. Look at all those boats in the background. Look at all of that money sitting there, not being used, not making any money. You know, I love the idea of having toys. I love the idea of. Of being able to enjoy oneself. But it's kind of my philosophy, just put my money into things that make me money. You know, if I have enough assets making me money, then I can have all the time I want to on one of those by just renting one from the owner. And then at that time, I'm benefiting him, he's benefiting me. It's all one big happy family. If you want to learn how you can have assets that make you money, please give me a call. I look forward to talking to you. Have a great day. Bye bye for now.
