Every brand needs their Shopify moment. It's the only way to start doing millions a year. Often people think that they're stuck at $50,000 a month or $10,000 a month because of traffic or funnels. For context, in the early days, Shopify was just a tool for hobbyists who made candles and t-shirts. But the magic is when those customers grew, Shopify had an opportunity to grow along with them. And if they just kept selling the same thing they were selling before, they would've stayed a small little hobbyist brand. So instead of just chasing new customers, Shopify built new products for their current ones that were growing. Analytics. Payments, capital, fulfillment. The reason that most founders hit a ceiling with revenue actually isn't that they need more customers, it's that they need to serve their current customers more things. Go to your top 10% of your customer cohort. Who are the top 10 that spend the most money with you? Go have conversations with them. Ask them what they need. It's cheaper to sell the same customer more things than it is to go acquire a brand new one. You don't need a new funnel with new customers. You just need to evolve with your customers that you're already helping. That's your Shopify moment.
