I was sharing with my buddy Charles how we grew Blanjo's Hearing from like $50K a month to $400,000 a month in 11 months and sold to Open Store. And I figured, why not just dive in and break down the 3 things we did here for everyone else? Okay. Step 1 is to go negotiate with your suppliers. Those who don't ask do not get. Negotiate the price. Negotiate the terms. Getting different payment terms would completely change the cash flow of an e-commerce business. Before we dive into my favorite, let's talk about number 2, which is to play with pricing. So people's assumption is that as prices go up, conversion rates drop in a linear manner, which is just not true at all. So you could double your price, which I've done, and conversion rates might only come down 10 or 20%. So A, you're making way more money, but B, you have significantly less fulfillment to deal with. And then number 3 is single product funnels over everything. So your ad copy and your ad creative should match specifically with the landing page, the product page, and the checkout page. You can use a tool like Zipify to do this with Shopify, or you can literally just go build it out all yourself with Manus. In another video, I'll break down how to actually be attractive to a equity firm, but for now, just go fix these things in your business.
