In December 2021, I bought bestdogfrisbee.com for about $400. Within 12 months, it's going to be worth about $2,500. Here's what we do. We find a website like this, then we identify 20 top keywords that are low-hanging fruit we know we can build content around and rank in Google for. Then we update the old articles, add a new ad network to it, change the affiliate links from the old owners to our own, and bada-bing bada-boom, before you know it, we're 3 or 4 times as much revenue month to month in the website. Now what does that mean? It means when you flip it, you can get 3 to 4 times as much money as you paid for it. So Really simple. Buy a niche blog, change the links, update content, build some backlinks, and flip it for 3 to 4 times what you bought it.
