Well, I was talking two weeks ago to a head of HR for a company, and he was saying that the leaders were complaining because the employees now don't some of them don't want to come back to work after Covid. They like working from home. What the leaders said is, well, they had no problem coming to the office before COVID and now it's after Covid, and they don't want to. And I said back to them, but they're not seeing that. Those are systems, human beings. And the world has changed since COVID And it's not the same snapshot, static snapshot, that you took before and now saying, go back to the old way. We are living social and planetary systems dynamic and always moving. And you can't use this copy and paste, generic spray and pray method.
