Learning2LEAD Third Line Mastermind

Janet Macaluso argues that most leaders copy outdated models without thinking, what she calls paradigm blindness. She proposes regenerative leadership built on internal capabilities instead, designed for the 100-year life and evolving roles ahead.

Hi. Are you secretly craving a more vibrant alternative in your work and life? Let's wrap up this year on a high note and start your next stage role and contribution in the world to evolve your success to significance. And this is more important than ever before because we're now in the era of the 100 year life or the longevity economy, which means we have three extra decades of life than people had in the 19th century. So what are we going to do? There's so much good work that we have to do in the world and what we don't want to do is live a life in quiet desperation with our song unsung inside of us. So who am I and why would you even want to listen to me? Well, I'm Janet Macaluso and I have spent nearly three decades in global corporate organizations, always heading up leadership, team development, organization design and organization development. And I've garnered numerous certificates and Ivy League degrees to help me in my work. But. But over the last year and a half I've reinvented myself and now I'm the founder of Learning to Lead. And I'm working with like minded people who actually want to evolve to their next stage role in the world because they want to help use what they have to help evolve the ecosystem within which they live. I'm calling it regenerative leadership. It's to build capacity in yourself, in your people, your places and causes, to do more and be more. This is not a selfish leadership improvement, it's self and system. And now more than ever, the 21st century really needs a dramatically different worldview. The problem, I believe, is that we don't see our own worldviews that actually dictate what what we're thinking and the behaviors we take. So the actions are the inactions. And this source of our thinking and actions actually drives the effects that we have on the world. But I'm calling it paradigm blindness. It's sort of like no one even tells you you have paper on your shoes or spinach on your teeth and it's all around us, but we're kind of blind to it. It's like this copy paste, generic, one size fits all, scale it across the world. Yet when you really think about it, you know and you know about the people you really love, that they are an n of 1. And how do we help evolve your essence based leadership, evolve into your non displaceable role in the world to really make a contribution. Now the old approach was simple. It was open up people's brains and have an outside external source, fill it with best practices, core competencies, do it my way. We're really now in the world that we're in. That's always in a world of constant change and flux. We need to develop internal capability from essence based leadership that will actually build our critical thinking, our discernment to be able to do more and be more in the world. Actually evolving in this world where we're living 30 extra years to our next best chapter or role or stage in life. This is not off the shelf copy paste, one size fits all development. I'm calling it my regenerative leadership framework. Clear, coherent leadership on purpose. And I'd like to invite you to end this year on a high note and beyond. And so if you would like to me to show you my 21st century approach to your specific situation, please just drop me a line and I will set you up. Thanks.
