Hey everybody, it's Jason with a quick reminder that we have a zoom meeting this evening for our Empowered Investor Inner Circle members. We're going to talk about some new.

Interesting market statistics and we are going to talk about how to make money. Yes, make money from insurance. I just did it myself and I want to share my experience with you on four of my properties. I actually just made money with some insurance claims and I couldn't believe it. It was awesome. Great stuff. So we're going to talk about that tonight and then of course, as always, take your questions and help you with any issues you're experiencing and do any hot seats in if anybody in the group wishes to do that.
