Hey, it's Jason Hartman. Just a couple of quick announcements. This is not a regular episode of the Creating wealth show, but I just had a couple of quick announcements. First of all, our audio quality has suffered and we've had some challenges with it and I think we fixed it. So I apologize about the prior audio quality on the last couple of episodes, but it had to do with basically getting a new microphone. For some reason. The one I used for quite a while now and really, really loved it just kind of died on me and the qual quality went bad. I don't know why, but I got a new one and I'm talking on it now. So I hope the audio quality has improved quite a bit and I wanted to tell you about some of the upcoming shows and also let you know that our Meet the masters event for January 18th through the 20th at the Hyatt Regency in Irvine is posted on our website. With early bird pricing of only $2.97 and we have a room block where rooms are only $119 per night while they last. The hotel is always a little bit sketchy about giving out the low room block price when we sell out the room block. So please do book your room as soon as possible at the Hyatt Regency Irvine. And again, all the information for that is@jasonhartman.com and click on the Events section and you'll find it there and you can register there. Hey, we've got some great upcoming shows. I hope you enjoyed the last episode about black box voting and we may move these around, but I just wanted to tell you about the shows that we have coming up. We've got Woody Brock who is going to talk to us about strategic economic decisions. We've got Carl Denninger, the market ticker guy, and I think you'll hear some interesting stuff there. Larry Muck, who's executive director of the American association of Private Lenders. And you know that I am doing a lot of private lending myself and many of our clients are. We got the guy who's formed an association for this as it's starting to become a bit of a mature industry and we've got him. I've recorded all of these, by the way, already. Sean o' Toole with Foreclosure Radar will be on an upcoming episode here and David Krieger is going to talk about clouded titles and just the absolute mess that is ongoing in the MERS system and with foreclosures and foreclosures that aren't really clear and don't really have good title. Some nasty, nasty surprises people run into with that. And then we've got Max Kaiser, who was actually recommended by one of the people on our Atlanta tour. So thank you for recommending him for the show. I did interview him. He's with the Kaiser Report and Financial War reports from London, England. And interesting guy. He's coming up with an episode. Richard Duncan is going to talk about dollar collapse and Jonathan Imord, a constitutional attorney, will be on here in the near future. I've interviewed him one time already and this is a second interview. He was on the Holistic Survival show before and he's won some landmark cases in Washington D.C. against the FDA and he's now fighting with TSA. And I just think you'll find some interesting, interesting stuff. A really intelligent guy, very interesting constitutional law attorn. And then Carl Richards is going to talk about the behavior cap. He's a certified financial planner who became quite famous doing little drawings and sketches to teach people about finance and investing. And Dave Carey, author of the King of Capital, who will talk about private equity in an election year. And I hope we get that one aired before the election because a lot of people have made a big deal about that with Mitt Romney's past with Bain Capital. And then Kevin Wessel is going to talk about lease options and how can improve cash flow on properties through the use of lease options. And again, we've had some interesting different stuff, especially with the last show with Bev Harris talking about black box voting. So a lot of great interesting shows coming up and we are destined to have a fantastic Meet the Masters event coming up in January, January 18th through the 20th. So go to Jason Hartman.com and get registered right away and get your hotel reserved so you can capture the low room rates, the special room block rates and the early bird pricing on the event itself. Anyway, look to talking with you on episode number 283 that'll be coming up here in just a couple of days.
