This is a short podcast transcript in which host Jason Hartman explains that an episode (featuring a vendor) has been removed due to reported bad experiences with that vendor by him, his team, or clients. He frames the action as consumer advocacy and a precaution against promoting vendors with problematic histories, and directs listeners to other episodes and platforms.

Hello, listeners. Thank you so much for listening to and supporting all of our shows. We run many podcasts and have over 4,000 interviews out there on all of our different shows. And as you know, if you've been listening to any of my shows for any length of time, I am a consumer advocate and we really try to do what's right for our listeners and our clients, of course. And when either I or any of our team members at any of my companies or any of our clients report bad experiences with a vendor, we want to make sure you know about them. Now, I have reported, of course, on several bad experiences with vendors in detail over the years, but sometimes just in the interest of legal liability and so forth, it may be best to simply take their episode down. If I've interviewed them on the shows and either I or our team members or our clients have had bad experiences, we just want to take those shows down and not promote that particular vendor. Now, you may well have different experiences and you may have used these vendors or worked with these people in various businesses and had good experiences. I completely understand that. And if you have more power to you. But as the old saying goes, let the buyer beware. So when we get those, we don't think it's in good faith to you, our listeners, to keep their episodes up. So that's why we have taken this particular episode down. Please check out our other episodes and our other shows on itunes, Stitcher Radio, or whatever podcast platform you listen to, or go directly to the appropriate website for that show. Thank you so much for listening and let the buyer beware and be careful out there. Happy investing to you. I wish you the greatest success in all of your endeavors.
