Hey, it's Jason Hartman. Thanks for joining me for a quick announcement today. Gosh, you know, I've been getting some hate mail. Well, it's not that hateful. Several of you have expressed your disappointment with the idea of us reducing the episode frequency to two episodes per week. You won. Okay, you won't. We're going to. I thought of this idea today. You know, how can I please everybody? How can I not be producing three shows a week? Because that's taking a toll on the business. You know, I do have a business to run, right? We're not just in the business of radio or podcasting here. We actually run a real estate company. So we've got to have time for that. And so today, this morning, it occurred to me, I thought of the idea. I got all that hate mail. I was reading it. I heard the feedback. I heard some of the feedback at our Meet the Masters event last week, and I thought, how can I please everybody? You know, there's an old saying, you can't please everybody, right? Well, maybe we can. And one of the things I have noticed by your questions, dear listeners, I have noticed that many of you have questions that have been answered many times on prior episodes. And so I've been thinking about doing reviews, and I've only ever repeated one thing on the Creating wealth show, and that was my regression to replacement cost intro portion of one show. Because that was really important that I thought you understand that and just internalize that concept itself. So, so critical to our investment strategy. But I thought, you know, there's this thing on Facebook that's pretty popular, and there are two days that people do this, and one is Throwback Thursday where they post these old funny pictures of their funny hair and clothing from the past. And also they do Flashback Friday. So I thought that is the key. That was the big idea. Let's do Flashback Friday. So here is the deal, dear listeners. It is MLK Day today. Happy Martin Luther King Day. And so we don't have an episode for you today because we were going to go to two days a week, right? So I just got this little announcement, and the announcement is this. We are going to produce a great new episode for you every Monday and Wednesday. And then on Friday, we will have Flashback Friday, and we will do a review from our back catalog. Now, this may be one of the 400 and what is it now? What are we on? 465 past creating wealth episodes. Or it may be something from our blog, okay. Where we have the narrator read a blog post, article, or an article from the Financial Freedom Report newsletter or one of these. But usually it might just be a prior episode of the Creating wealth show and maybe even just to keep things really interesting and to keep you on your toes and confuse you a little bit, we might even publish an episode from another show that I thought was very appropriate but didn't run at the time on the Creating wealth show, like the Holistic Survival show or the Jetsetter show, because some of you have asked about offshore planning and things like that. We might do that. But mostly it'll just be a past Creating wealth episode from a long, long time ago. A Flashback Friday. So there you go. How do you like it? No more hate mail. Fair deal.
No more hate mail. We'll have three episodes a week for you. Okay, so there you go. We will see you Wednesday for a brand new fresh episode and then Friday for Flashback Friday and then we'll do the whole thing all over again every week after that. Okay? So thanks so much for listening. Go check out the properties@jason hartman.com also I love the engagement and the interaction on this two episode per week thing, even though it was some hate mail that I got. But also, if you have any request, we are working on our next couple of property tours and working on which cities to do those in. So if you have any requests, let your investment counselor know or go to jasonhartman.com use the contact us page and let us know your desires and requests for a city where you would like a property tour and we would love to have your feedback and you may well pick the next property tour city the next that we do. Okay, so we'll talk to you Wednesday for the next episode and thanks so much for listening to the Creating wealth show.
