Hey, it's Jason Hartman and I just wanted to make a more formal speaker announcement. I did mention it before, but I'm so excited about our lineup for meet the masters 2018. Meet the masters of income property. And Ken McElroy is joining us. You probably know his name, he's quite famous. He's written several books in the Rich Dad Advisor series with Robert Kiyosaki. He oversees his company's asset portfolio. I believe they have about 8,000 units in the portfolio. Don't quote me on that number exactly. You'll hear it from Ken more specifically. But he's just such an awesome guy. I was recently at his Halloween party and had a lot of fun there. In 2004, he wrote his first best selling book, the ABCs of Real Estate Investing. Recently published his second book on multifamily property management and real estate investing.
