Two people pitch an airplane-themed cafe with cramped seating, stewardess servers, and a no-talk rule to keep patrons focused. They debate adding a first-class bar section and whether to allow screaming babies as authentic ambiance.
Airplane cafes, coffee shops set up like airplanes so people could focus like they do on an airplane. They work, no talking, the vibe. There are stewardesses that come walking around bringing you coffee, and it's really bad, like terrible. It is on a plane. I should have had that second cup of coffee. But you focus really well.
Okay, but you have to be really close to the person next to you. You have to have a person on either side of you so they can directly look at your screen and you can pretend you're doing something important. I feel like that's why I'm so productive on planes is because I'm looking at stuff and people are probably like, wow, she's so smart, what does she do?
We gotta ban kids from this airplane.
No, no, you have to add infants in the coffee shop screaming so that you work harder, so you can distract yourself from how shitty it is to be around them.
True. Also, the cafe should have like a first class section. Maybe it's a bar.
