My name is Yanica Cashwell. I am a consultant. I provide forensic accounting services and litigation support, and I live in Tampa Bay, Florida. I was looking to buy my first home, and the way you go about it is if you don't already have a realtor, you ask someone, do you know someone? And sure enough, Jay was referred to me by my prior boss. And we met with Jay and we immediately felt a good connection. And Jay is not only a professional and knows the Tampa Bay market very well, he's also really, really funny and brings in a great sense of humor. We were just really happy to meet Jay. It basically goes back to his personality. Jay is a very, very honest person. He will not sugarcoat anything. He will give you the straight facts no matter what, and we really appreciated that about Jay. So during the selling of the home process, it was a little bit of a tough time. The parties involved were not always on the same page, and I know it was very tough for Jay to sometimes, you know, manage expectations and bring everyone on the same level of understanding. But at the end of the day, we may have had a hard conversation, and Jay was so perfectly navigating through whatever was thrown at him. I would absolutely recommend Jay. Indeed, I did recommend him to one or two other people who have gotten in touch with him. I would recommend Jay any and every day.
