Hi, my name is Lauren DiGiovanni. I am a senior university recruiter for PennyMac, and I have been in Tampa for 6 years altogether, just not consecutively. So originally I lived in Tampa for a couple of years. I had moved away and then kind of instantly regretted it and knew that I wanted to come back and make Tampa my permanent home base. And that's when I started to look for a home. Jay was actually referred to me by my brother's realtor from down in South Florida. My parents actually wound up meeting him before I did, and I think that made the process even better because they knew that they could trust him to help me through the process, and it just kind of went seamlessly from there. I think the thing I appreciated the most was when I told him that I wanted to start looking, he set up a time for us to chat, and it was supposed to be maybe 30, 60 minutes, wound up being closer to 2 hours. But it was really a conversation. He was trying to gauge what I was looking for and what would be the best fit for me. Even as prepared as I thought I was, he really helped me think about what to ask, what to look for, and that helped me be a lot more comfortable and confident in the process. I would definitely recommend Jay. I've already recommended him to friends who have been looking for a realtor to help them either for their renting or buying and selling process. And I know that in the future, if I ever decided to sell my home or buy a new one, that I would definitely use Jay again.
