Hey gang, it's me Jay, and today I'm doing a virtual tour for a client that is out of state but is interested in moving to Florida. Today we're spending time in Sun City Center, and check out this amazing home. Woo! Come on! I'm working! You're probably going to be okay with that. There is some maintenance that you want to do with a hot water heater. You know, once a year you do want to kind of hook up a hose to it and empty it out and get the sediment out and then let it fill back up. Most people don't do it, but that's one way to prolong the life.
