This paratra was started in 1984 before the 500th annotation of the prelude to the 500th anniversary of Ketanya Mahavrabhu's appearance in this world and his vow is completing it fourth time around India. And we want the blessings of Mishnai Gors to the profile for our successful centennial celebration this year. And we also best pray for Lokna Maharaj's successful completion of his hundred Padiyatras and for all that award is completion of the centennial goal. Now Mokaramas will tell us the next program.

They are padiyatris distributing lots of profile books.

And Ajaya Vijay Das and all the Pradyatris for coming here on the occasion of this world Hare Krishna Convention in Mayapur festival and pilgrimage. We want to thank all of you for coming here and making this festival a success. Prabhupada wanted that everyone should come every year to Mayapur. But for some, maybe even a once in a lifetime possibility. So especially agitas, most historical once in a lifetime momentous occasion of Srila Prabhupada centennial celebration. Very, very happy you are coming here, participating.

And.

This is a very great opportunity. The material idea of our vacation, people save up. Then they want to go and relax on some beach somewhere and get skin.

Or sunburn or something, or they want to go and kind of just relax. But for Vaishnavas, our vacation, our recreation is to be able to do service in the Holy God. I remember one time devotees coming to Mayapur, they are eating a lot of the opulent prasadams that are available and getting a little sick. And then Prabhupada went to see them and they're lying. Oh, dysentery, stomach ache. And then Prabhupada said that you had to you come to the holy Dhaam. Whatever you do here, you get thousands of times to benefit. But if you don't do anything, then thousand times zero equals zero. You should do be active. And then you get more digestive power, then you have less stomach problem. So then he had us to round the clock ketones and going out on parikramas and various other activities. So we do hope that everyone will take advantage to do as much devotional service as you can during the festival may be different, the vacation is a different kind. Maybe you do routine work in your own temples, your own homes, but here there will be different kinds of devotional service. But take the opportunity to serve. Many are coming from different parts of the world and different ideas about Mayapur. And when we go and visit Saravi.

You see where there's a village area, simple places. You might be wondering that the supreme personality of Godhead Sri Krishna Chaitanya, he came down into this world in such a simple place. How is this?

Think that after going on Navadipurikrama, Shrinivasacharya had been taken by one of the associates of Lord Chaitanya and another De Parikuma. Then he went back and he stayed overnight after finishing the whole Parikama at the O peak. It was the same house Aloy Chaitanya.

Now we don't see the same grass hut. 500 years the grass hut has changed. It was the same grass hut, the same courtyard, everything. And he was feeling so much ecstasy.

Having just seen all the holy places of Navadik Dharma.

And everyone was lying down, he was lying.

So he just slept in the open sky. And he does this kind of thinking.

Looking around and to hear the Supreme Lord. The Lord of Lords, the Lord of all the universes.

Jagannath.

Sri Krishna has come down as a devotee and had his pastime. But in such a simple environment.

Have something more opulent. He's thinking, you know, it's all simple.

Then he kind of dozed and he had a vision.

When Lord Chaitanya came and he was taken up into the air over my airport. And he could see my airport not a deep down from an aerial view. But now instead of seeing the simple village, he saw a beautiful jeweled city. He saw the spiritual world manifested all around from the internal energy of the Supreme Lord. And he saw there on the center there was a golden wall with jewels. And inside there was a personal area of Lord Chaitanya. And everyone around, they were all spiritual beings there flew in and he saw the beautiful temple. And there was some kind of a.

Dome, a canopy or something.

And then he was seeing on the altar and he had like this seven different visions. Visions of Lord Caitanya and Vishnu Priya and Lakshmi Priya.

Then you walk up.

Then again he went in another vision and he saw the Panchatatva. And then he saw with the Panchatatva there was a huge kirk going on in this temple. And there were devotees coming from the east, the west, the north and the south. He saw Vaikunta. He saw different parts of the universe. All manifested all opulence here in my Upper Navadig Dham. And you could see that what we can see with our eyes of skin and flesh, just a covering. But spiritually what is here we may not be able to see.

Unless we get that special mercy like Srinivasacharya Ghana.

Unless we get that spiritual vision. But even without seeing it, we can feel it.

We are experiencing. Srila Prabhupada said one of the great.

Opulences we get by visiting Mayapur Dham. This is the Adarya Dham, the holy abode of mercy of the Lord. Here the Lord gives out profuse mercy to Savonis. Unlimited mercy without distinguishing.

This one deserves it, this one doesn't.

Every one who gives him mercy, Father wants it. And what is among the greatest mercy we can get is the seed of desire, of intense yearning to be with the Lord and to serve the Lord. To serve Lord Caitanya. Someone may say, oh, Lord Caitanya is great night. It's interesting, but to really want to know Lord Caitanya, to want to serve.

Him, to have that desire.

How wonderful it would be to be in the Sankirtan party with Nithananda, with Goranga, all of them, all the associates. How wonderful it would be. Srila Prabhupada said we can get that desire.

Very easily. Here in Mayaka Nava devotion, one can start to feel a separation to be with the Lord.

And that desire pulled us like a magnet back to the spiritual world, the Lord Vrindavan, back to the association of the Lord. We'll get what we want by the Lord's mercy. If we don't want the Lord, we want something else. But that's unfortunate for us. So how we get that desire to.

Want the Lord, that is a special mercy.

So we hope and pray that everyone.

Participating in this Mayapur.

Segment of the festival, the World Harikeshita Centennial Convention, all get this mercy from our Lord Sisigitaj and Gordon. To have that intense desire to serve them and to take that voice with all of you all over the world and spread the mercy of Lord Chaitanu to everyone everywhere.

Just taking this opportunity.

I want to welcome everyone here. I want to. I know we are not so fully prepared. There are so many devotees. Actually when we finish this one long building, Prabhupada said to build another one that time he thought so big building one will be in another building for and then some we'll do later.

Now he's seen there's no room.

We need about five such buildings. We can house everyone.

So Prabhupada had a vision he knew.

But we were slow. So we do want to apologize any insufficiencies in serving you and we'll try our best. Actually we want to really thank the different devotees that are coming forward and helping. There's so many devotees you don't see behind the scenes. Naresha Prabhu, Shem Radhesham and Dayaram and Bhakti Bhushatam Swami and.

Radha Dyuti who cooks day and night for the whole and the.

I mean cooking. Then the whole centennial team like Panchaatna Prabhu and his office there, Govinda Radha who are helping and Guarlila Prabhu and so many people there behind the scenes, they don't like to come forward. Maybe sometime Gopna Maharaj will just have them all come forward. And at some point in the festival a lot of devotees are serving and. And it's a very big team effort. I want to thank all of them. But we're still very much understaffed. We're not able to do everything we want to do. And for that we do. All we can do is beg you that patiently. We'll try to make your stay as comfortable and nice as possible. And then hopefully in the future we'll be able to have many, many more buildings that we won't have to have anyone stay in tents in the future. This is my keen desire to have a big thousand bed dharamshala. So during the festival we would have. But I couldn't get the money together for that. So maybe in the future. So there are many other speakers. We're very grateful for His Holiness Raki Truth, who is also this year our executive member, Secretary, second Vice Chairman, second second Vice Chairman, two Vice Chairman of the Executive body and other Maharajas Chandamali Swami Pancharatma and.

Hi Krishna.

Thank you Mar. Welcoming us back home. Yeah, this is. Yeah, this. Yeah, you made this home some 25 years ago. But for some of us it's the first day in Mayapur. While Maharaj is here for 25 years.

He is one of the first ones.

To come here and reside here. Only he knows under what conditions he survived here and how he managed. So yes, somebody has inspired so much spirit of Navadi Brahm and Gauranga. So we thank you very much for giving us that vision and welcoming us back home.

Jesus.

Everyone had Darshan. This temple is the sacred temple of Suvarna Bihar. It was established by Bhakti Siddhartha, Saraswati Thakur. On this very ancient holy place, this raised land, are the ruins of the Suvarna Sena King palace. In fact, when they excavated the temple, they found stone pillars from thousands of years ago which are still preserved somewhere on the back there. Just laying down somewhere there.

And.

You'Ll see over there when we go to take Vasana, there's all small little broken bricks because this was all king's belly. So in the Lord Nithyananda took Sajiv Goswami through the Antar Dweep which are goranga parties going over to Jagannath temple. And from there they cross the river and come here. So we come directly here. From here we continue on with the route that Jiva Goswami and Nithyananda Prabhu followed. And on the last day we'll go to the Jagannath temple. Before going, then the next day, the very last day, we'll be seeing the untarbed leaf and then coming to the jogfir at the end to complete the Navaji curriculum. See here. Thousands of years ago, the Subarna king, he was very pious king. He was performing all of his dharmas very carefully. Now, sometimes we talk about karmis. Actually, a karmi is a very respectful name. Karni means someone who does the karma Khan, who does the good karmas to get the pious activities and goes to heaven or gets good birth, wealth and all those things.

That's it.

The sinful person is the karma. So he was a good karmi. He was doing all his karmas, his religious activities, but he was totally focused on mundane success, mundane happiness for the.

Family, for the kingdom.

He had no idea about the higher purpose in life, about spiritual purpose and life. So in Arda Muni king, this king gave him a very fitting reception, sat him down, bathed his feet, offered him some posadam garland aarti, as according to the Vedicasta, one should receive a sannyasi or a guru. So in this way, Nanamuni was very mercifully inclined to Benedict the king. And what greater benediction can a preacher give to someone than Ka consciousness? So you preach to him how you're wasting all your energy only in getting pious activity which can only produce material sense gratification, which lasts for a very short period of time. And then just like bubbles in the water, it disappears, it goes away. Where will be your wife and your children in this kingdom you can only live hundred years. And then you go on. What are you doing for your eternal benefit? You don't know that the real purpose of human life is to, at the end of life, go back to home, back to Godhead, to serve the Lord eternally. Now, if you want to leave the material sense gratification, but if you get attracted to the impersonal realization, then you can get freedom from birth and death. But you'll just be in some intermediate platform of impersonal realization. You have, on one hand given up the material happiness, and on the other hand you got something which was not really the best thing, something mediocre. Or if you get mystic powers, then you're still playing around with material energy, but with some psychic and mystic potency. You're not really getting that supreme spiritual absolute truth. That supreme absolute truth is worshiping a Radha and Ka, worshiping the supreme personality of Godhead in pure devotion. And you are very fortunate because your kingdom is in the holy dam of Nama Deep Dham, where in the Kali.

Yuga.

Later, Lord Gauranga, he appears and he gives his mercy to everyone. And he is Always residing in this dha. This abode is a spiritual abode, spiritual place expanded from the energy of the Lord. So you are very fortunate if you enter devotional service here to Lord Goranda. You can get very easily his full blessings and love for Ka. Well, when the king Rajasuvarana Sena heard the name of Gauranga a little bit about his glories, he became very attractive. And he said, I want to know more about Goranda. How can I see him? And so Naramuni exclaimed more and gave him that mantra to chant our Lord Gauranga's name. So then the king began to chant every day.

And day.

At night he'd be chanting and he would be feeling so much ecstasy from chanting the names of Goranga. And one day Lord Gauranga suddenly appeared before the king. And the king became ecstatic. He jumped up and offered his respect, fell down, offered obeisance, fall in hand. He didn't know what to do. He was speechless. He was stunned. He was overwhelmed. But just after a moment, before he could, he just saw the Lord for a short moment offering his obeisances. And suddenly the Lord disappeared. Then he was thrown in great separation. Negeti tried chanting and tried to see the Lord again.

This time he was crying and he was.

But the Lord didn't appear. And he was just overwhelmed, crying. Then the Lord, he had his compassion on him. And Lord Gauranga spoke to him.

And then.

Lord Garanga spoke. What did he speak? He told him that actually I distribute myself to you to give you my special mercy. But you will be my associate when I appear. Yeah, that's right. And you'll be Buddhi Mantaka Khanta Khan. And so that Suvarna Raja, he kept on chanting his whole life. And he took in his next birth he could be the associate of Caitanya Mahapu. So this is a perfection. We serve Ka now we serve Lord Chaitanya. And in the next birth he can be directly serving in his pastimes. So in this very sacred place. Next I'd like to request Sheila Rabindra Prabhu to give us some nectar. Because he can get our mind in the right frame for the Parikrama with his profound realizations of Ka consciousness.

Here we have a very special opportunity. And while we're here on this curriculum, we should understand that every moment is precious. That not only are we on the holy dump, but we are in the association of so many devotees. And we are going around in Parikrama, following in the footsteps of Nithyananda and Jiva Goswami. So during this time, we have so much opportunity to make spiritual advancement. Now, my discovery is that while we are here, we don't really appreciate it, but after it's over, we realize how much spiritual advancement we were able to make while we were on a Florida month. So this is, if we can think of this now, that every moment during this time is very, very valuable. And the same amount of time a month from now, you won't get so much out of as you can get out of it here at this time, during this curriculum. Because every time we chant Hare Krishna.

Or even.

This much more powerful here at this time, in this place, in this association, maybe we will not realize it now, but then later we will, and we'll understand that I should have taken more advantage. So especially when we are trying to make advancement in ka consciousness, we have to follow the process. Prabhupada has explained. As the previous Acharyas explained, it's not just enough to change Hare Ka, but you have to chant while following the process. Otherwise it is like cooking with smoke.

And.

If our fuel is not dry, then we will have a fire that gives a lot of smoke but very little heat. And we can cook for a long time, but we will have to wait a very long time for the result. So we have to cook with a hot fire. That means we have to follow the process. Of course, the objection may be there, and where there's smoke, there's fire. That's true, but it's not very much. So when we make swift progress in devotional service, steady progress in devotional service, it's because we are chanting, cultivating the holy name while following the process. And so Prabhupda has instructed us very, very carefully what that process is. The process which we call good sadhana. Good sadhana means to chant the holy name of the Lord while trying to avoid offenses. To chant the holy name of the Lord while trying to avoid offenses.

Well, after the Subharana, Maharaj's pastime was explained by Lord Nithyananda to.

The devotees.

Srivas Thapur, he is the Avesh incarnation of Naramuni. And somehow by hearing about this pastime, Hararamun, he was chanting the names of Auranga and preaching to the king. He felt great, felt overwhelmed, and he fainted. An ecstasy remembering these, hearing these things.

And.

Jibal, everyone They were all like fainted in ecstasy. And then Lord Caitanya he appeared here along with the Dwikacharya and along with other associates who had already left the world. Because Lord Gauranga is here eternally. And verse 10, even when Lord when Jeeva was Swami came with Lord Gitinath and the Lord Shaitanya. And already this is from Sayeda warned up his past times. But fulfilling the desire of Jiva and Nithyananda, Prabhu and Shivas, all associates appear. There's just a few places in the history of our Sampradaya that this happened. Like Hituri, this happened with Narottam Das Thakur and Sri Mahas Acharya festival Go Purnima Day. And here this happened during Nava de Parikuma. You can display my secret desire one day at break.

Rama.

How Chaitanya will benedict all of us. Although we are totally unqualified.

That's the qualification.

So that mercy was given here and for went into eternal time. Like the days of Brahmach and Bombay externally not any time is going. They had the wonderful Kirtan embracing each other, reuniting with devotees from all different places and periods. All the associates are working. Chaitanya Saheera is a very great reunion place where not only united from like we're united from all parts of the world, but there even all Lord Caitanya reunited with his devotees. We're here at Prabhupada Centennial. The priests of the Prabhupada and our previous Acharyas. And to get the mercy of Lord Chaitanya on this very sacred occasion we crisis holidays Devavrita Swami to give us.

An idea about this transition of mercy.

We have heard very wonderful instructions from. We heard very wonderful instructions from children within the Sarupa who had to take advantage of this paradram. And he ended by saying, we want to become enlivened so that we can go back to our various locales and very enthusiastically distribute the mercy that Rla Prabhupada has revealed to us. Hearing the past times that happened at this place, we marvel at the skill of Narada Muni who in any kind of situation, to any kind of person is always able to deliver Ka consciousness. In this particular pastime, he approached a wealthy king who was absorbed daily economic development. Of course, the economic development that the king was absorbed in has practically no relation to the demoniac economic development of today. As Rlajaipataka Maharaj pointed out, this king was a Karmi in the real sense of the word. He was absorbed in economic development according to Vedic injunction. Whereas what we have going on in the world today is vikarma, demonic economic development which cannot even provide material benefit. What to speak of spiritual benefit?
