If we stop doing it because we like doing it, that would also be mindful. Some people that think, I have to suffer. All of a sudden you do it not because you like it or we don't like it, but you do it because Krishna or guru wants us to do. If you're doing it for that reason, that's mere devotional service. If you're the Washington sailors, you should like it. You should get a taste. It's good. It's that we can't mix up that taste with material happiness. That sometimes the guru may ask us when we have to do something and we think, oh, I won't like actually the most of the service. We get happy otherwise, while we're doing it, we can't avoid that. That's a good sign. That means you're already starting to meditate to some degree. Everybody in Krishna consciousness is doing it because they like doing it. I mean, well, everyone, but most people, because Voj Chaitanya is so merciful, he gives us a taste very quickly. By chanting, by serving, we get this taste. Otherwise it'd be very hard to do it and tell you if you don't get any things. Then we had to also purify our practices. And we want to do the service to please Krishna because sometimes we can get misled. Some people, they're told, well, you'll get a really good taste if you just talk about Radha and Krishna pastimes. Then they are approaching the whole issue to enjoy those pastimes rather than serving. Maybe Krishna wants us to preach his glory to the conditioned souls. And we shouldn't probably talk about his intimate past tense because neophyte bodies might start thinking about it in a different way and he would sell offenses. So if we do things which the guru didn't ask us just because we want to enjoy a taste devotional service, then that can be a kind of a deviation. But if we're doing what Guru and Krishna wants us to do at the same time we're feeling happiness and everything's in order. If we're doing what Krishna doesn't want us to do because we want to be happy in Krishna karma consciousness that's the problem. Pretend what is not unsure of realization. It's not that a neophyte devotee gives 100% protection devotees we're talking about perfected yogis versus perfected devotees, not perfected yogi versus the neophyte by the devotee. Some devotees also if they're careless and they can live by shell amarad, they can lose the protection in Krishna also there are different It's a science to make the day's verse. You'll stay on forever. It's easy to forget about all these things. So it's important to you. So we're discussing about Atyahara over collecting. So there's a favorable maintenance and there's a over selecting. These are the favorable maintenance. Utilize what you need in your body. Don't work excessively hard to get more than what your body exactly needs actual needs. If you get more from your normal work, you can lose the excess regression. According to the formula. Some people work double jobs, triple jobs, double. Some people they get bigger car, better house, more appliances. Decade ago in Japan they had so much surplus. Every time a new body would come out of any of the planes they destroy the old one in the back. Despite everyone such tremendous consumers. So the bodies had never buy anything. I just go in the back of the houses and pick up brand new family like three months old. Mullah came out and threw the whole nothing wrong with perfectly working television center. Do not see the wild pigs even swarm beneath this is creating imbalances in the world. 80% of the world's energy is consumed by 20% of the world's population according to the statistics. Sounds like that's your heart. Some people are consuming too much and others are some by name. Is that really enough? Some people are wasting energy ecological sustainable development are trying to get the countries which are wasting the energy which are over losing the energy to conserve it. This is a world global issue that I hope that maybe it's all right still in Johannesburg, but that we're trying to big business and make more money than people do. At the end it's not in their business interest that people Follow this principle. But it's in the world's interest. It's in our spiritual interest. So now if they want to be Krishna conscious, they're going to lose most of their old friends unless they can make them Krishna conscious, which is bring up. Know that sometimes some whole circles of friends are joined. But mostly one or two break out and the rest don't come. So therefore people are limbo. They haven't yet figured or the Krishna conscious movement. They haven't left their old friendship fully. They're kind of misleading and they're kind of in between. So they feel very lonely. That's why it's very important that when you. If you know this phenomenon, people are coming out of Jeddah, the morning association, Bhakta Sanai Mahas, associated devotees. You have to be very merciful to the new people. Go out of your way to be friendly with them. They won't have the guts to walk out. But this interacts with you. Most of them they don't know what anarchy and what is the sun. And it can be a little bit afternoon. I am so conscious. Many times in ISKCON we get a little bit introverted and we don't actually are conscious of this psychology that do people need to be feeling accepted? If they don't feel accepted, then they may not leave their old friends. Why should they leave if they're not making them feel accepted, feel that they're part of our family. When they feel like they're doing that, they can give up the Jhana Santas. It's essential for them to make spiritual advance, not to give up on being association. And for them to do that we need to celebrate them being friendly with them, being accommodating, being encouraging. Accepting them as they are. Trying to encourage them to improve themselves. The whole purpose of establishing the Ka Conscious movement is to give people opportunities associated with those of Madrig.
