Just like India. You don't call your father by name, so your father is in Gopa. You don't see go call even as a child. In the West I always talk the same thing. Never call your mother or father by their name. Always say mother or father or daddy, mommy, whatever mama. So even somehow that vedic culture and they've been in the west. But now I see in the West some younger people they call their parents by their name. But this time sometimes you have to say the name of the guru. ¿Say someone asks who is your guru? Even if you refer, you can say the name of your guru. Then you should say with their fallen hands. Just out of respect, I mostly respect you as Guru maharaj. Memo of my guru. That's very endearing. Maharaj is respectful. But it's that so endearing prabhu. It's respectful. So this I get some energy how we deal with the Guru, with the Vaishnavas. Just like in the West when people are they taught in India, people with their right hand procedure. It's like from childhood. I want to use the right hand. Nobody is to the left hand but saying the wax. They don't know all these things. They have to learn everything plus, they say. But sometimes there's some brutal holy in the Temple. I saw some people look like they were wearing pink bed sheets from my perspective. And there ladies and men. And they were singing with the symbols in the drum. So I was nearly attracted. And I started walking over to see what is going on there. As I came close, one lady stared and looked at me. She had a very pronounced tilak down her. When she looked, all I saw was that tilak. When I saw that all the hairs and my body, they stood ahead and I felt like electrical shock up my back. And I became so frightened, so shock. I just ran as fast as I could. The other way and about two kilometers later. ¿Then I trying my intelligence and saying, why are you running? ¿What's happening? ¿Why did that symbol on the forehead make such an effect on you? Because this was all going beyond my mind and intelligence. It was like completely spontaneous reaction, like an awakening. Then I decided to go back, find out who these people are. ¿Why this happened to me? And I went back and those devotees were gone. I was looking and looking for the devotees. Took me some time to find them and can go, but, Oh, those are hard Christians. ¿Where are they? I don't know. They come and sing in the car. Probably they tell me cooking. This Krishna consciousness is applied technology of spiritual practices known as sadhana bhakti. So we need to learn this applied technology, science of living. If you know this science, then you can finish up in one lifetime and go back to garden. Some people know the art of living, how to live in this mature world and stay here birth after birth. But we know the science of how to live and make it the final life. So this is very important. So part of it, all these little practices we learned this from the Guru and this represented what is a tilah, how to offer prasadam, how to perform arkshana to the Nabi, how to study the shastra, how to understand what the scripture means, how to chant jaffa. So many things are there to learn. So part of that, how to respect the Guru, how to serve the guru. Whenever we see a maharaj, first time in the day, we should pay our basins. Whenever we see the Guru, we should be able otherwise abaishnovas. We all pay the sin moving which there's a different standard. So this is called vaishnav etiquette, vaishnavyavahar in the sanskrit. So if we learn that it's possible to develop love for a Krishna, we don't know how to deal, we don't know how to act, and we commit offenses. The Vaishnav Erika is what protects us from committing offenses. Guru shouldn't reject a disciple very easily because if he rejects how does it help the disciple, the disciple will be lost. The Guru tries to save that disciple. Sometimes a disciple is coming very quick disturbance and infecting other disciples with envious thought that the only have to be separated. Excellent. There was once one disciple called Nitaras in Vrindavan, and he was going and visiting all other groups. He said he liked to hear different classes and different things. ¿What's wrong with all? But there are many other philosophies. And as you start hearing different philosophies, sometimes you can get confused. So this is what happened with him. He got confused and deviated from the strict path of Vishnu consciousness. So then not in a growth sense, not like he was bringing things about philosophical. So then he started to criticize telling devotees they should go out and listen to some other Guru. And started criticize in different ways. Prabhupada Maybe he also went on to some other initiation without permission. So then Prabhupada said that this and he tied us, he become a snake. So he should go out and stay on associate with him. Because now he's decided seeing and trying to take people away. So such danger can be there. Leaders have to beware if somebody becomes very offensive to the Guru para preaching in such a way that people lose their faith in Krishna consciousness. It's very dangerous to reject one's bona fine Guru. But especially in some of these holy dams, there are certain people that are experts how to win the confidence and how to steal away the faith of the people. They start out facing, Oh, yes, I know your Guru is very nice. Then they think, Oh, he's a friend. So you open up, and later they change their tune. One has to be quite careful before being outside of the Iska. Really before we listen to other people for the Iskan devotings, we have to be sure that that person is proud because we hear from a non Vaishnava or someone who's giving an Vaishnava discussions, even though it's the name of Krishna, conscious discussions that can have a poison assistance. But we have to see whether in the packaging they're leaving out something or adding something or changing something. Packaging is one thing. But whether the substance our sins is the same on earth. That's why we learn from our Guru whether it's Suraba or not. We learn whether it's Suraba from Sadhu, Shastra and Guru. The check things. We don't do things blindly. If we're not sure it seems to be against Shastra, against what other devotees are doing, then we should consult with our spiritual master. I hope all of you like this. We can tolerate, we can adjust, we can take the questions. That's not the basis for our happiness. We're happy because of service. And we're. ¿What's the word I want to survive? Finish up our life in a peaceful way. Only develop your Krishna consciousness. Then you'll be spiritually satisfied. Any question, any doubt. ¿How was the elegance between Krishna and Balaram?
