Today is the auspicious Adivas ceremony for the Vyasa Puja. Our beloved spiritual Master, His Divine Grace Chilajaya Pataka Swami Maharaj Sri Sumat Jayapaka Sami Gurudev Agamika Dash Puja say Dash Puja Odiba. This Adhibha ceremony is a preliminary activity or a ritual that we perform. It is to get the disciples to completely absorb himself in what is coming next, that is the Vyasa Puja or the worship of the spiritual master or his beloved spiritual Master who is representing the entire Parampara beginning with Ganga, Mahj and Zahi and Akshata and lamp and Ghee and gold, silver, etc. They will be all. We will read out the names and these items will be touched first to Lord Ananta who is present here in the form of Shalagam and then they will be offered to the auspicious Ghats, the Purna Kumbha in which all the Parampara Guru Parampara, all the Sampraday Acharyas, all the Vaishnava Navayogendras and The Mahabhagavatas, the 12 Mahabhagavatas', Mahajams, they are all present in this Ghat. And then this auspicious article will be offered to Mother Earth, the Sustainer of all. And then it will be offered to our beloved spiritual master who is the beneficiary for this program. Purpose of this program is to completely devote ourselves in what is coming and that we are going to completely absorb ourselves in this Vyasa Puja outside so that our spiritual Master is pleased, so that we can perform this ceremony completely and successfully.

Hare Krishna. We are also requesting some senior disciples of our Guru Maharaj to come forward. There are about 27 items. At least 10 to 15 senior disciples or senior brothers may come forward and one after another you can offer few items to the Lord. Then we can afford finally to our Guru Maharaj. So I'm requesting His Holiness Dr. Bhatskam Shai Maharaj, His Holiness Dr. Siddhanta Swami, Maharaja Prem Shami Maharaj and other temple presidents and leaders of the different temples here from Kode Bahu. The Lord, being full and free from problems, can wholeheartedly care for his devotees. His concern is how to elevate and protect all those who have taken shelter at his feet. Since he's unlimited, he can do that unlimitedly. But here in this verse it also Prabhupada explains in the purport the same responsibilities also entrusted to this virtual master. So the spiritual master is also trying to care for the devotees. Especially he wants to see how.

Devotees can progress in devotional service. Service those devotees that have surrendered to the spiritual masters, a representative of the Lord, then He is personally responsible and concerned that they make progress. We saw that His Divine Grace Siddhaesi Bhaktivedanta Swami Bhop he was always concerned about how his followers would advance in Ka Kant's how they would get back to Ka. Somehow because he was still not fully practicing, he became depressed because of some intoxication or something. For some reason he stopped coming. And the devotees heard that she couldn't give up his bad habits. He was feeling frustrated. He wanted to be a devotee. But then somehow he committed suicide. In his frustration. The Prabhupada one day asked where is this Bhakta Bhakta Abbey? There was anyone saying anything and they said, well, he's. Why would I have seen him for us how many days they told him what happened. They said actually Prabhupada said this pray for him. And he prayed Krishna, where is his Bhakti? Any known? Where has he gone? Sri Krishna sent him to us and we failed. So that's how compassionate Srila Prabhupda Uphava was. I was thinking that sent me a number of devotees to also care for. And past few years I was stuck. As I was feeling since 1997 that as a Prabhupada disciple my concern it should not be only whatever my individual responsibilities are. But I have to also seek for the holy to some degree welfare. Especially as a GBC as senior disciple. So then for many years since then, since 97 I've stepped up a program for trying to care for any devotees came to me. But then in the meantime, maybe many other disciples who took shelter of me, surrendered to me. They are feeling their lack and I'm not taking enough care for them. And that was this last Janmastani proverb. Yes, poo Chad to start to balance things. My services to my airport, to India, to my zone, to my disciples, and to all the devotees otherwise depending on me or looking to me for any help. So we realized that Prabhupada had given a practical system for caring for devotees. In those days, all the devotees, most of them, lived in the temples. So the temple presidents and temple leaders and a few Sannyasis and TBCs, they were mainly taking care of the devotees on behalf of Prabhupada. And then if there was some emergency, they would always write a snail nail to Prabhupada. In those days, there was no email. And then eventually you get a reply after a few weeks or months. And whenever Prabhupada visited, and sometimes people would see him if it was an emergency, a few devotees, they would go wherever Prabhupada was, chase him around, which he didn't always appreciate. Just another way. So I think we're training also that all devotees, they're either in a temple or they're in a naja or a bhakti rickshaw, or a counselor group, or they're helped by senior devotees. As you can imagine, if everybody came to me at one time and all wanted a question answered. Like yesterday, somebody made a big thing. So I have to send a guru and have this question for one year is vitally important. Stop everything okay. Then he wanted to know Ganesha, you know, some question about his Brahmin trip. She could have found out from any senior devotee, any other senior Brahmin. But if time permitting, it's okay. I don't mind answering any questions. Like when we have questions answer session tomorrow afternoon. But also, it wasn't a personal, highly personal question. Maybe other people have the same question about their Brahmin. I don't know. It was a funny question. But how to. You know, actually, I was thinking that I really need the help from disciples and my God brothers and all the devotees from the godbrothers and older devotees. I'm also there to help them whatever they need. But I need their help also to help care for all these devotees who are taking shelter, spread around a little bit the mercy and from the older disciples that they also guide the younger disciples. Sometimes there are special opportunities when they get, like those who come on safari. We have a lot of personal association. Sometimes even sometimes those who travel with me, it's not always. Sometimes it's so intense that they don't get so much time. Even to ask the question. Traveling might be very intense sometimes might have caused difficult places. Purnima Vyas Puja people come from all over India and all over the world. So then I feel I have to come from a long distance. I have to see them the rest of the year. The Mayapur devotees and Sri Chavasi and Pranastami and Vishwa Panchaya Karthi. There are not so many outsider devotees. So the locals get more of my time. But I think this year I'd like to give the maximum. I like to make up because a lot of the vocal devotees here haven't seen me personally. But it's going to require also a lot of help. And the then I was thinking that now we're starting the big temple and I have to do more hands on management with the big temple designing or some fine tuning of the also making the exhibits. So whenever you do something hands on that means you don't have time for other things. You have to just focus. And then a couple years ago in India they decided all the zonal secretaries have to be more hands on. Check the temples, spend more time in each temple. That's good for the devotees in those temples. But it also means sometime when I'm there I'll have to talk about management. It's not like all the time will be just for the disciples. So this is a big challenge. We want to take care. As I said, it's the responsibility also of the spiritual master to take care. But Krishna can expand himself into unlimited forms where the guru is just of course not only could make 10 forms, but I still only want. So it's going to require a lot of help from everybody. How to give the association help. You know, sometimes devotees send emails. Sometimes I get 200 emails in one day. It would take me three days to answer them. So email has become also like impossible situation. And then people say I didn't get an answer from my email, so my guru doesn't love me. Which is not the case. I just don't know how to deal with all this. The information we've been working on it for a few years. We still don't have the formula.

Anybody has any ideas. I've been answering all my emails myself only getting help for grabbing. Not a single email is replied by a disciple in let's get an email themselves or some general thing where they write it. We can see it's them who's writing. But maybe that's not possible to do because just to sort through all the emails and figure out what's relevant? What's not relevant? Some people write to me Dear Jayaipata Goswami, what is Gorpur? So then if I have to answer all those letters, it'll be known to have someone who really has a crisis. Gurudev, I'm ready to jump out the window. I need this. So now to sort out and see which is the essential ones I may have to have everything go through our secretary first. So far it hasn't been like that. But I don't see all the emails either. So in the modern day.

This modern expectations and modern situations and I've been spending more time in Mayaport than how. I was thinking somehow we can set up some webpage and have worldwide mishti ghostings where people can answer the question answers on the Internet. That may be one way use the modern technology May I heard they have such kind of user groups where at one time few hundred people are online.
