One who surrenders unto the supreme personality of Radha Sri Ka at once becomes freed from the control of material nature. That is the qualification. One can become free from the control of material nature as soon as he surrenders his soul to the supreme personality Godhead. That is the preliminary formula being martial forms he as soon as this living entity is free from the control of mature nature he is put under the guidance of the spiritual nature. The guidance of the spiritual nature is called the deeper treatment Divine nature. So when one is rewarded in that way by surrendering to the supreme personality Godly one attains to the state of the great soul Mahatma. The Mahatma does not divert his attention to anything outside Ka because he knows perfectly well that Ka is the original supreme brightness, the cause of all qualities. There is no doubt about such a Mahatma. A great soul develops through association with other Mahatmas of pure devotees. Pure devotees are not even attracted by KA's other features such as the forehand of Mahavishwa. They are simply attracted by the two armed form of Vishnu. They are not attracted to other features of Krishna. More are they concerned with any form of a living God or human being. They meditate only upon Ka and Ka consciousness. They are always engaged in the unswerving service of the Lord and Ka consciousness. The great souls. Mahatma Prabhas he didn't like to race politicians. Sometimes they call some great politician in the US Politician is a Mahatma. I'm probably appreciate that his explain was that Mahatmas are those who accept the supreme personality practice and they worship and they engage in devotional service to the supreme personality of Krishna. That's the definition of the Mahatma that the Bhagavad Gita Mahatma. Mahatma is great and Atman means soul. So Mahatma is graceful. There's many devotees, different devas and different forms of the Lord's energy. But these I add that considerably. Mahatma. They may be very pious personalities. They have many ritualities. But to be considered really a great soul someone is no longer deluded about. Also they fully engaged in devotional service to the Lord. I was talking with one family and they were saying that other late they were worshipping all the devas was already attached to them. So they presented everything nice way whenever they were attached. Everyone shouldn't invite anybody. In the meanwhile they wanted to continue to show their affection. Then I explained that that's okay. We also respect all of the Devas. Again that Krishna makes Devas who are responsible for managing the material world for the supreme Lord. We also worship Them. But we worship them as what is the relationship to Krishna? Everybody the first thing in spiritual life is Ambandhandhan and Abhijay and the friends and personal relationships. Who you are, how you relate with the situation. The offense is if somebody thinks that all the devas are equal to Krishna or independent of Krishna somehow they're all independent lords. Not the ravens are actually very clear. She wants more gear, much less. So people have set up their altars established and the scripture says they are the temple then come from Krishna Bhavaram. So to get all free from various obstacles to worship Ka all the devotees headwind worshiping or best one Shiva. Shiva is a mohi. But then Krishna revises only one male and that's Krishna. Our announcer has to be holy to him. Shiva wanted to come that he could become a Gopi. For that he got transformed into a gopi. This was singular. He was given the job of being a gatekeeper. One should be for the right thing and the right understanding of relationships. Ultimately, Krishna is giving what he gives through another a system. It seems like somebody has a mixed loyalty. Two things. There are two supreme loyalists that sit down from spiritual life. The big obstacle with Mahatmas they understand the one supreme court don't have that confusion anymore. So you want to be allowed devotees to become mahatmas. I was thinking that today is Christmas Eve. So Prabhupada once mentioned that Jesus was also a Vaishnava. Then he said he was Shakara, he was preaching love of God. And Prabhupada mentioned how he as a preacher he sacrificed. In fact he was a martyr in order to deliver so many people. When you're in prison you get some special realization that you are compliant and how does it this is my thing that you're free Whole world is there for you to enjoy. But this just a bigger prison. Prison's within the prison. So the real point is that we're supposed to get out of those prison by the Yakusha consciousness. So anyway Pastor Dev God he was praying for liberating everybody from this material prison and send them all back to Gandhi. Krishna said he can do it so The Lord comes down into this prison, who delivers this one now. So they do prison preaching in heaven. Experience Waymo of the prisoners, but not being a prisoner, they come out to break some laws. But interesting. So the great souls there are since they're under the divine protection. I'm the only two roads. So many of the people migrated to America and to Canada. So this person had migrated to Canada. He was a master welder. He was getting $40 an hour from roaming. Now he's moved to Oranga and he's still preaching. So we're out to make mahatmas. Normally it's not so easy to make mahatmas. Some mahatmas come down from the spiritual world. Some are made for which is at his mercy. One got up and was following the. Some of the followers wanted to stop him. You know, being a fancy. And after all about mimicking you. He was. I mean, should we have stalked him or something? Offense. Others think he's under the influence of alcohol and that will wear off by tomorrow. But you will change 100% and the benefit of that will stay with me forever. So like that every mile in middle. I was told by Racha Viharika in Gujarat he was working as some kind of accountant fur with any. You know. One of his work colleagues picked up a book from somebody in the street. Whenever I ask some student what's the purpose of life Graduated in a job. Yeah. But then the old diet. What's the purpose of the whole thing? I didn't think about that too much. I gotta pass my finals. I gotta get a job. I got so many other things I'm worried about. Right. But where are they actually headed? Where they're doing the whole thing for literally. But this is our Indian what does bigger Western think? Some people are making a lot of money for the purpose of to make more money, build more buildings, buy bigger gas, have a better pin house, nice bigger parties. When they. Somebody said they have a party that spent $500 if I had for the catering. From their time with the eating people that don't know I have never taken from. I just read this morning sitting paper one lady after 17 years of faithful association and cat value and she phoned her cat for $50,000, $50,000, which is maybe 65 or more more. So now she's got little kitty, same exact pimples, birthmarks, hammers. But it is not known by being so much attached to the problem of slowest. The cats are interesting. If you want to have children, you have a cat in the house. The cats can see whether the lady mother is pregnant. They have like some subtle vision. They can see ghosts and things. Just like when the cat runs across your path. Bad luck as they chase horses doesn't mean the cat's not the bad luck. It's the ghost. It's the worst. People say I'm bad. That's what people say. So anyway, they're supposed to see the baby. You know that when the baby is born, the baby's going to get all the attention, all the cuddling and cutting and everything that I get won't get anymore. So that the cat curses the mother, they have a miscarriage. So if you have a cat and you have whiskers, you want to have a baby, get rid of your cat, send the cat away. Then when they die, they begin again. They spend all their heart and energy. They're giving so much attraction to their family members, so better step up. But then still just people exploit one family, pretend to care one family, and they exploit many other families. And that also makes them very much conditioned. So Prabhupada was encouraging them. Maybe Vihastas householders who have a spiritual purpose in their life. The two types of Vihasta households, Pihamedis and Vihastas. Pihamedis just based on personal and extended Sanskritification. Everybody should be sexually happy. And the Griha says everybody should be essentially Krishna conscious and essentially attractive. So that everybody gets liberated. They all work together. Krishna to the center or sense gratification to the center. When the green amades, nature is to be envious. However, without a green me when the green Asta Lord is it would be compassionate and want to deliver and die in the rehastas other conditional households. I just went to a new country in the Middle east for the first time where there are some devotees who are working here, some people who are working here one or two demos and because we requested them when they went there that they should start house programs. And it's very much restricted. Although you allow in that country to do a program in your house. But if you disturb the neighbors then you get deported. If you're risking yamo liably ruining some chances. So. But still they took their list and they were preaching there for a while in Nevada for a year. I went there and there was about 50 people chanting around Krishna. 20 people took action levels. So what is Vi actually trying to help other people to be Krishna consciousness Sir Mahatma. Why we become Mahatma is by acting like this to try to help our take that sacrifice. I would tell people that we were here for probably don't take answer but try to get around Christian. So really grateful to see how Krishna is spreading. And also just on the way here I went to Thailand for the first time visiting Maria. I went and there's a couple of disciples there who came from study in the Thai university. Quite a number of people I just was there for in transit for less than 24 hours. And about 30 people came to see me like this. I'm trying to encourage everybody before the Bhikkhuswam Mahatma one great soul that they would empower others to preach the Prabhupada must be great. One had not came by Krishna but he didn't want to keep it to himself. He wanted that we should also be preachers and spread Krishna consciousness. Take care of your well beings and other beings. Just like Rohan was preaching to his school friendship. Maharanas are fully engaged in devotional service. They know me as this famous original and example. So we're teaching people how to be fully engaged in devotional service. Halloween building has to align and how to lead their mind in such a way that everything is engaged in Krishna service. But even then you're allowed pretense I make but if someone doesn't ask for much in where they take end they have a big house and they work with double shifts, triple jobs. At a certain point it becomes what they call uber karma or just like over endeavor. You don't need that. You have to see what your needs are and then within that what you actually need. Krishna does the Daenery when they came to see them as soon as they come they said you sit down and read your bodies and they cook in the amount of press people living in a little grass hut or with achar or with salt sugar. There was no road. We had to go by canal and boat for two hours. We by boats. Then from one left a big boat to a small boat going inside a little canal and there somewhere in the middle of nowhere or whatever. Three hours from the nearest road where there's a little grass hut. But you know, it's like quite in one place from what we consider to be the infrastructure of the civilization. So if you use whatever you have, if you use for Krishna use you have a percentage worked out. The Krishna see said you're going to get a big house, get all worked up, pay huge mortgages, going to stop sharing your job. You're going to forget about worshiping and forget it. They're not going to give that. You have to see, you have to keep your priority how to be Krishna conscious so how to do that. So right now comfort is not like these things like that and take care of your family and your children and everything. So then how to balance it? You have to work then if you get a Karachi, we have it all. We want to be Krishna conscious. So we don't want to take a 30 year vacation on Krishna consciousness. You never know whether you die in the meantime or are you going to go back after 30 years or five years. Yeah, anyway, I'm trying to keep a database and I decided the way they move around in the houses here, it's not a difficult thing to have one house and you get more money later. You get a Bigger house. Just put this one well. And the worry was shopping in Dubai, flying by Dubai shop. Just so happened that everyone. Whenever you buy something over a certain amount they give you your receipt. And it's automatic. Don't even enter. Just automatic. Enter automatic. She won a car. $70,000 car. She's not getting $70,000 car. I'll do it. I'll sell it. Put my daughter fund away from my daughter to go to college. Give so much to Krishna. Whatever. She has a plan. When I was flying over here, I was connected to all the airline agents. And they didn't do what they told me they were going to do. And ended up charging me a lot more for my ticket than what I was expecting to pay. So I was thinking again I'm wasting Christian's money. And never ended able to pay this much from Australia. What to do? I was going to get around the world tick if I didn't work out. And then they had a raffle in the airplane. I gave away three tickets. And somehow I wonder.
